| Objective:This study was conducted to observe the efficacy of Tongyu plaster in treatingⅢ grade Knee osteoarthritis KOA(Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome).After treatment,VAS score,WOMAC score,TCM syndrome score,onset time of pain relief and other indexes were evaluated to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Ⅲ grade(Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,providing ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 60 patients diagnosed as Ⅲ grade knee osteoarthritis(Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)in Hunan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was treated with Qizhengxiatong plaster,while the experimental group was treated with Tongyu plaster.The plaster was applied to the affected area for 12 hours,once a day.One visit was made at 0 days,7 days and 14 days after treatment,a total of 14±2 days.One visit was made 1 month after treatment,one visit was made 3 months after treatment and 6 months after treatment.By observing the improvement value of WOMAC total score after the two groups,the improvement of TCM syndromes,the comparison of VAS scores of activity pain intensity before and after treatment,and the comparison of the onset time of pain relief between the two groups,the efficacy of the two plasters on the patients diagnosed with the same disease and syndrome was compared.To analyze the therapeutic effect and influence of Tongyyu plaster on Ⅲ grade Knee osteoarthritis KOA(Knee osteoarthritis).Results:1.The mean VAS pain scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group at 7 days,14 days,1 month after treatment,3 months after treatment and 6 months after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.The mean WOMAC scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group at 7 days,14 days 1 month after treatment,3 months after treatment and 6 months after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.The experimental group and the control group were compared before and after treatment.The scores were all lower than the scores before treatment.On the 7th day,14th day,1 month after treatment,3 months after treatment and 6 months after treatment,the average value of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.It is statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that both drugs can treat blood stasis stagnation syndrome,but Tongyu plaster improves the TCM syndrome score better than the control group.4.From the overall efficacy point of view,both drugs can reach an effective rate of over 90.0%,and the effective rates are reduced to 81.3%in the experimental group and 72.9%in the control group one month after treatment,and the effective rates are reduced to 66.7%in the experimental group after three months of treatment,59.1%in the control group,6 months after treatment,the effective rate dropped to 56.4%in the test group and 47.2%in the control group.Both drugs can be used to treat knee osteoarthritis with blood stasis in a short period of time and relieve symptoms.The short-term curative effect of Tongyu Plaster is better than Qizheng Xiaotong Plaster.In the long-term curative effect,the effective rate of the two drugs has been significantly reduced.Some patients have recurrence of pain,and still have symptoms such as swelling and disorders of joint mobility.5.From the perspective of onset time,the average onset time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group.Conclusion:Tongyu Paster has outstanding effects in the treatment of local pain and restricted movement of knce osteoarthritis.At present.Qizheng Xiaotong Paster is widely used,and Tongyu Paster is also suitable for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and has a fast onset,Pain,joint movement and swelling are significantly improved.It provides certain ideas for clinical treatment and is worthy of promote and use. |
