OBJECTIVE:A sedentary lifestyles are one of the main problems of health that causes poor lifestyle changes in developing countries.The aim of these studies is to link sedentary behavior to deteriorating health in order to raise awareness of the benefits of energetic lifestyles.METHODS:This study is a descriptive cross-sectional study of duration(2015October to March 2015)involving professional participants 130 who successfully completed the GHQ pre-controlled daily activities David Goldberg and McGill’s pain questionnaire using simple random sampling methods from a multicenter area.RESULTS:Based on the outcomes,there is important association between inactive lifestyle and deteriorating health factors,indicating test result positive.Regular activities and health are about 56%,but an energetic lifestyle is 55%for good health.A inactive lifestyle is about 17%and poor health 16%.In addition,the cross-sectional ratio of active lifestyle and good health shows that 63.9%of Pearson Chi(Pearson Chi)is 15,179 of the total.CONCLUSION:In general,there is a significant link between daily activities and health.In terms of results,sedentary behavior is associated with deteriorating health.Physiotherapists should be responsible for understanding and minimizing the effects of patients’ sedentary lifestyles,considering adapting to an active lifestyle to encourage their effectiveness.
