| BackgroundPelvic floor dysfunction(PFD)occurs in middle-aged and old women,is caused Stress urinary incontinence(SUI),pelvic organ prolapse(POP),bowel dysfunction, and other reasons, greatly affect the patients quality of life. The study pointed out that pregnancy and childbirth are the main influencing factors for the occurrence of PFD,while there are many causes of PFS postpartum, and the prevention and treatment measures have been gradually enriched in recent years.Pelvic floor rehabilitation training can help women improve the state of the pelvic floor, and promote the recovery of the shape and function of pelvic floor function recovery methods, and acupoint massage is one of the external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine,it can stimulate specific parts of the body by clicking and pressing, which has been proved to be benficial for pelvic floor function recovery of patients with PFD in clinical practice.ObjectiveTo explore the effect of acupoint Massage combined with vaginal vertebra training on postpartum Pelvic Floor function rehabilitation,in order to provide some references for postpartum pelvic floor function rehabilitation intervention.MethodsAll patients are from the women and fetal hospital of Zheng Zhou from 2016 December to 2018 December. With Pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD)126 cases in postpartum6-8 weeks. The patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,63 cases each. The experimental group was treated with acupoint massage combined with vaginal cone training, while the control group was treated with vaginal cone training alone, with continuous intervention for 2 months.Compared the two groups before intervention, intervention after 2 months of pelvic floor muscles strength grading, voltage, improvement of clinical symptoms, female sexual function index survey scale(FSFI),the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36),maximum urethral pressure(MUP),abdominal pressure leakage point pressure(ALPP),and compared the satisfaction of intervention in the two groups.Results1.There was no statistically difference in pelvic floor muscle strength between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After 2 months of intervention, the pelvic floor muscle strength of both groups was improved compared with that before intervention, and the experimental group was higher than the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).2.There was no statistically difference in pelvic floor muscle voltage between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After 2 months of intervention, the pelvic floor muscle voltage of both groups was higher than that before intervention, and the experimental group was higher than the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).3.There was no statistically difference in the incidence of dysuria, lower abdominal discomfort, urinary incontinence and other clinical symptoms between the two groups before intervention(P > 0.05).After 2 months of intervention, the incidence of dysuria, lower abdominal discomfort, urinary incontinence and other clinical symptoms of both groups was lower than that before intervention, and the experimental group was higher than the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).4.There was no statistically difference in FSFI scores between the two groups before intervention(P > 0.05).FSFI scores in both groups were improved after 2 months of intervention, and the experimental group was higher than the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).5.There was no statistically difference in SF-36 score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After 2 months of intervention, the SF-36 score of both groups were improved compared with that before intervention, and the experimental group was higher than the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).6.There was no statistically difference in MUP and ALPP levels between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After 2 months of intervention,ALPP level in both groups was higher than that before intervention, and the experimental group was higher than the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).7.After intervention, the intervention satisfaction of the experimental group was93.65% higher than that of the control group 76.19%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)ConclusionAcupoint massage combined with vaginal cone training has a significant effect in patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction, which can enhance pelvic floor mucles strength, improve clincal symptoms and urodynamics, improve sexual function and quality of life, promote postpartum pelvic floor function rehabilitation, and improve patient satisfaction with intervention. |
