The Clinical Study On The Treatment For Functional Dyspepsia Of Liver-stomach Discordancy Type By Chaizhixiaopi Granules

Objective:In this study,Chaizhixiaopi granules and domperidone tablets were used to treat patients with functional dyspepsia of disharmony between liver and stomach.By comparing the scores of multiple criteria,to study and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Chaizhixiaopi granules in treating patients with FD of liver-stomach discordancy type.Methods:60 subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases each.And the observation group was given Chaizhixiaopi granuless,and the control group was given domperidone tablets.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,NDLQI,SDS and SAS were evaluated.SPSS 20.0 was used for data analysis,and all results were statistically different with P<0.05.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%,and that of the control group was 76.92%.All the efficacy evaluation indexes of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,except for the NDLQI scores,the efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Chaizhixiaopi granules has obvious clinical effects in treating FD of liver-stomach discordancy type,and is better than domperidone in improving TCM symptom scores,SAS and SDS scores.In addition,no adverse reactions were found in the study,which shows it has a good safety.
