ObjectiveThis topic is to treat the patients who have diagnosed with functional dyspepsia with liver-stomach disharmony type through the new soup Xiaopi tang(radix bupleuri 10 g,dangshen 10 g,rhizoma cyperi 10 g,fuling 10 g,the shell of areca nut 10 g,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae 15 g,pericarpium citri reticulatae 10 g,radix paeoniae alba 10 g,costustoot 10 g,fructus aurantii10 g,fructus citri 10 g,honey-fried licorice root 6g).To observate the patient's,who have diagnosed with functional dyspepsia with liver-stomach disharmony type,clinical symptoms improved,disease relapse,and the influence of the quality of life.To rich the disease's ideas and methods in the clinical treatment.To relief more patients from the pain.Methods1.Grouping method: Choosing 60 patients diagnosed with functional dyspepsia with liver-stomach disharmony type when they see in professor Tian-wang Li's expert clinic,in Hubei ProvincialHospital of TCM during march 2019 to November 2019.Using random sequence number software to produce a random sequence which is from1 to 60,according to the order of the patient.Using the random number sequence,the even number into the experimental group and odd number into the control group.The inclusion criteria: western medicine refers to 2016 Roman IV clinical new standard;Traditional Chinese medicine refers to the Consensus on TCM diagnosis and treatment of functional dyspepsia formulated by spleen and stomach diseases branch of China association of traditional Chinese medicine in 2017.2.Treatment methods: therapeutic regimen of experimental group:taking warm Xiaopi tang decoction orally one dose everying day and divided into twice in 9 am 3 pm,each time with 150ml;Therapeutic schedule of control group:taking Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets(Xinluona)which specification is 5mg/ tablet orally.And take one tablet each time and 3 times a day when half an hour before meals.It is produced by Chengdu Kanghong Pharmaceutical Group Co.,Ltd..The national drug approval number is H20031110 and the treatment course is 4 weeks.3.Observation indicators:patients were required to examine the blood analysis,urinalysis,fecal analysis,liver and kidney functions,as well as electronic gastroscopy before treatment.Recoring the changes of symptom scores,therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes and quality of life were recorded before and after the therapy.4.Statistical methods: entering all valid data into the database established by Excel.And recording all the test data by standard deviation and mean((?)±S).and using SPPS22.0 statisticalsoftware for analysis.Results1.Comparison of the safety between the two groups of patients:no special adverse reactions were found in the two groups during the test.And the routine clinical examination and detection were normal,which indicating that the two treatment regimens were relatively safe;2.Comparison of the total score of symptoms: the two groups of the symptom of post-meal fullness,discomfort;upper abdominal burning sensation;early satiety showed significant improvement(P<0.05).The result indicated the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).Upper abdominal pain was improvedin both groups.It indicated the effect was similar in both groups(P>0.05);3.Comparison of score of TCM diagnosis and treatment: the main syndromes(included fullness and distension in the stomach and rid)and the secondary symptoms(include upset;frequently belching and sigh;emotion changes cause or aggravate illness;)of the two groups of patients were improvement.And the results indicated that the observation group were better(P<0.05);4.Comparison of functional dyspepsia(FD)Q0L score: diet,healthy feeling,disease control,discomfort,anxiety and sleep were all improved in the two groups(P<0.05).The result indicate that the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The daily life and pressure of the two groups were improved and the effect was similar(P>0.05);5.Comparison of long-term efficacy: the recurrence rate of the patients was followed up after 1 month.The results indicated thatthe recurrence rate of the consistent treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Xiaopi tang has a definite clinical effect on functional dyspepsia with liver-stomach disharmony type,which can significantly improve the symptoms of the patients,improve the quality of life of the patients and reduce the recurrence rate.
