Abstract/Summary:
OBJECTIVE:Based on the TCM Syndrome Survey Scale for Gastric Cancer,this paper analyzes the distribution of TCM complex syndromes and syndrome types in 234 patients with gastric cancer,and provides theoretical basis and clinical diagnosis and treatment for syndrome differentiation and treatment of clinical gastric cancer.Methods:Through the clinical data of patients with gastric cancer who met the inclusion criteria,the data were sorted and dialected,and the epidemiological statistics were used to analyze the distribution of TCM syndromes and syndromes in patients with gastric cancer.Results:Of the 234 patients with gastric cancer collected in this study,there were more males than females,with a male to female ratio of 1.6:1 and the largest number between 50 and 80 years old.Causes of eating factors and fatigue,some patients have a variety of predisposing factors.Weakness,lack of food,dry mouth,loss of appetite,and abdominal pain are common symptoms of gastric cancer patients.Most patients with gastric cancer have symptoms such as vertigo,forgetfulness,sparse white hair,and decreased hearing.Conclusion:There are complex TCM syndromes in gastric cancer,involving multiple organs.The distribution of syndrome type was mostly spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome and qi and blood double deficiency syndrome,followed by qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,stomach heat yin deficiency syndrome,spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,liver and stomach disharmony and card.There was a statistically significant difference in the distribution of syndrome types between age,gender,and stage(p<0.05).There is a mutual relationship between different types of syndromes.
