With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the demand for health has also risen, and people's requirements for the quality and continuity of medical and health services have also increased.Due to the unreasonable distribution of medical and health resources in China, residents tend to choose hospitals for medical treatment, resulting in the current situation of hospitals "overcrowded" and exacerbating the contradiction between doctors and patients. Therefore, the establishment and implementation of a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system is conducive to reversing the unreasonable distribution of medical and health resources, rationally diverting patients, increasing the rate of medical consultations at primary medical institutions, promoting the formation of a reasonable and orderly medical order, and alleviating the relatively nervous doctors and patients.relationship.In recent years,in order to meet the needs of residents 'medical and health services,Yunnan Province has actively implemented a graded diagnosis and treatment policy and constructed an orderly and reasonable medical treatment order. However,as a whole, the implementation results have failed to meet expectations.Residents' medical treatment still tends to hospitals and primary care. The current situation of small number of people in primary medical and health institutions has not been improved, and the problem of "difficult to see a doctor" has not been resolved. Therefore, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of medical treatment behaviors of residents in Yunnan Province, finds the current reasons that hinder the implementation of graded diagnosis and treatment in Yunnan Province, and proposes feasible countermeasures and suggestions. This study is mainly based on the Anderson health service utilization model, utility theory and consumer choice, and customer satisfaction theory to construct a theoretical framework.A number of Logit regression analysis and structural equation methods were used to study the influencing factors of medical treatment behaviors of residents in Yunnan Province. It was found that:(1)The medical and health service system affects residents 'medical treatment behavior;(2)Individual characteristics are important factors influencing residents' choice;(3)The ability of primary medical and health institutions to provide services has a greater impact on primary medical examinations;(4)Medical expenses Low and close medical treatment is an effective way to attract residents to seek medical treatment at the grassroots level. To this end,the following policy recommendations are proposed:(1)improving the service capabilities of primary medical and health institutions;(2)improving the basic drug system;(3)strengthening the advantageous development of primary medical and health institutions;and(4)guiding residents to seek medical treatment in a reasonable and orderly manner.
