Study On The Chemical Constituents Of Oldenlandia Diffusa (Willd.) Roxb

The Hedyotis diffusa Willd is belonging to the genus Hedyotis Linn.As a common folk drug,the whole plant is used as a traditional medicine.It has the function of heat-clearing and detoxifying,diuretic effect,activating blood circulation to relieve pain.Its chemical constituents is mainly iridoid compounds and flavonoids.In order to enrich the chemical constituents of the Hedyotis diffusa Willd and provide the basis for the study of the pharmacological activity,this paper systematically studies the chemical constituents of Oldenlandia diffusa(Willd.)Roxb.Iridoid constituents of Hedyotis Linn were summed up.In the studies on their chemical constituents and biological activities were systematically summarized.This part summarized 80 iridoid compounds isolated from Hedyotis Linn and classified them according to their structure types.They are divided into iridoid compounds,iridoid glycosides and iridoid compounds of split ring.Pharmacological studies were carried out on the iridoid constituents of Hedyotis Linn,which showed a variety of biological activities.The main research was about cytotoxic aspects of these components to various cancer cell lines.It studies systematically the chemical constituents of Oldenlandia diffusa(Willd.)Roxb.In the experiment,a total of 38 compounds were isolated by a variety of chromatographic separation techniques and experimental instruments,and 36 compounds were identified.Among them,4 iridoid compounds(1-4),9 flavonoids(5-13),4 steroidal compounds(14-17),2 lignin compounds(18 and 19),2 terpenoids(20 and 21),4 benzene ring derivatives(22-25),and 11 other types of compounds(26-36).Among them,the compounds 1,12,17-19,28 were isolated from Hedyotis diffusa for the first time.And the compounds 1,18,19,28 were isolated from the genus Hedyotis for the first time.
