In today’s society,children’s mental health problems are not gradually relieved with the improvement of people’s living standard,but show an upward trend.Childhood is called the "critical period" in the growth and development of a person’s life.In this period,children have strong plasticity in all aspects,and their psychological development is characterized by stages and continuity.Their abilities in cognition,thinking ability,moral quality,personality charm and other aspects are in a spiral rising stage.However,when they face various temptations of living environment,pressure of study and interpersonal communication problems,they are prone to a variety of psychological problems: mild people have anxiety,anxiety emotional problems;Heavy person can have suicidal,hurtful wait for behavior tendency.According to the survey data,there are more than 2 million autistic children in China.Normal vision,but blind to the people and things around;Language ability is normal,but they do not know how to open their mouths to talk with people,they are like the stars in the sky,living in their own world,so they are affectionately known as the "children of the stars." There are many reasons for children’s psychological problems.As far as the individual is concerned,strong personality,poor sense of cooperation and weak psychology are the main reasons.In terms of the group,the doting of the family,the single entertainment,the rapid growth of information and so on are one of the reasons.Influenced by unbalanced economic development and other factors in different regions,the psychological intervention of children in China is still not paid enough attention to.How music therapy,as an important means of psychological intervention,plays a positive role in guiding children’s physical and mental health remains to be further explored.In various theories of the origin of music,the functional theory of music therapy has been included.This paper tries to start with the mechanism of the important form of music therapy,singing therapy,on the human body,and take chorus training as the main research purpose to explore the intervention characteristics of chorus training on children’s physical and mental health.Through children’s physiological and psychological two aspects,this article analyzes the principle of mechanism,singing to the human body understand chorus training in music therapy to show the advantage of its impact on children’s physical and mental health,explore and discover how to use the chorus training methods to improve children’s music accomplishment,thinking ability,language ability and interpersonal communication.Therefore,when primary school students master the basic knowledge and skills of music in choral art and music activities,they can also promote the overall physical and mental development,acquire friendship,self-confidence and sense of achievement,so as to reduce the prevalence of psychological disorders in children.It is also hoped that more people would pay attention to the alleviating effect of the psychological intervention of music on the physical and mental health of children in China,so as to solve the problems that are hindered by various realities in the process of intervention.This paper is generally divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction to explain the topic of this paper and the purpose and significance of the research,briefly introduced the research methods of this paper and the current research situation;The second part discusses the origin and function of music,the development of music therapy at home and abroad and the mechanism of singing therapy on human body.The third part,according to the development characteristics of childhood physical and mental aspects,the essay discusses from the aspects of physiology and psychology,the common psychological problems for children is classified and discussed from the different psychological problems to understand children’s physical and mental development,and from singing to children’s physiological effects,discusses the mechanism of action of singing treatment;The fourth part analyzes the training methods and methods of choral art,combining with the characteristics of physical and mental development of children,and expounds how to choose methods and choral works in the process of choral training according to the characteristics of physical and mental development of children.This paper mainly analyzes the methods of choral training for children from the following five aspects: sound imitation,music appreciation,percussion and vocal rhythm,singing and its choral charm.Secondly,from the chorus basic training(breathing training,voice training,work rehearsal,etc.)to analyze the impact of chorus art on children’s physical function,self-control,interpersonal relationship,etc.,and this theory will be combined with my rehearsal experience to verify the impact of chorus training on children’s body and mind;The last part of the conclusion discusses the problems of choral training in children’s mental health development.Through writing this article oneself obtains some humble opinion,in the scientific,cautious attitude is divided into several points to put forward some Suggestions.Through the exploration and analysis of the methods of chorus training in singing therapy,this paper hopes to better understand and realize the application of singing therapy to children’s physical and mental health.By exploring the role of choral art in children’s psychological intervention,it is hoped that it can provide some reference for the development of singing therapy and the improvement of children’s psychological intervention.By studying the content of singing therapy and the implementation of music activities,we can follow the law of children’s physical and mental development in the process of music therapy intervention and make our own modest contribution to the development of music therapy in the influence of children’s physical and mental health.
