Study The Prescription Regularity Of Palpitations In The Past 10 Years Based On Associated Literature Via Correlation Analysis

Objective:Here we try to summarize the drug regimens of palpitations by studying the journal literature in the past 10 years,which could provide reference for clinicians to use traditional Chinese medicine to treat palpitations.Methods:Collect the literatures related to palpitations on the electronic journal database in January 2009 to February 2018,such as CNKI,Wan-Fang Date and CQVIP.Then extract the drug combinations of different syndrome types by use the correlation analysis.Finally summarize the rules of modern Chinese medicine treatment of palpitations.Results:(1)Palpitations were more common in syndromes such as deficiency of qi and yin,deficiency of heart and spleen,phlegm-fire disturbing heart by this study.(2)Tonic medicine is mainly component of high-frequency Chinese medicine for treating palpitations.It is the common traditional Chinese medicines including zhigancao,suanzhaoren,huangqi,fuling,etc.It is the commonly traditional Chinese medicines compositions including longgu-muli,wuweizi-maidong,guizhi-zhigancao.(3)Commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for the deficiency of qi and yin is maidong,zhigancao,wuweizi,etc;and commonly medicines compositions are wuweizimaidong,zhigancao-maidong,shengdihuang-maidong,etc.Commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for the deficiency of heart and spleen is danggui,suanzaoren,huang qi,etc;and commonly medicines compositions are huangqi-danggui,suanzaoren-dang gui,baizhu-danggui,etc.Commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for the phlegm-fire disturbing heart is banxia,chenpi,fuling,etc;and commonly medicines compositions are chenpi-banxia,zhuru-banxia,fuling-banxia,etc.Conclusion:The core medications of different syndrome types can be extracted by use the correlation analysis.The core medications of deficiency of qi and yin are zhigancao-maidong,wuweizi-maidong,shengdihuang-maidong.The core medications of deficiency of heart and spleen are huangqi-danggui,baizhu-danggui,suanzaoren-danggui.The core medications of phlegm-fire disturbing heart are chenpi-banxia,fu ling-ban xia,zhuru-banxia.
