Ultrasound examination is one of the main means of fetal growth and development health monitoring. It is based on ultrasound biometrics to determine the fetal growth health status. It is the most conventional way and originated in the 1940 s.Ultrasound examination has the advantages of simple operation,no trauma,no ionizing radiation,no pain, multiple repetitions, timely conclusions, wide application, and no special contraindications. It is very popular among doctors and patients. In monitoring the fetal growth and development process, the sonographer applies the measured ultrasonic biological measurement values to the fetal growth and development standards embedded in the ultrasonic instrument, and then judges the health status of the fetal growth and development.During the measurement by the sonographer,it was found that the ultrasound image was unclear, impurities such as amniotic fluid and feces easily affected the judgment of the doctor, and the occlusion of the placenta also easily led to incomplete deflection process, which may cause many false positives and false negatives. The emergence of cases.Furthermore,in the process of judging whether the fetus is healthy, the sonographer refers to the equations embedded in the ultrasound instrument, which mainly include fetal gestational age judgment, weight estimation, and fetal growth standards. In this process, the sonographer also mentioned that these reference equations are very practicable.Using the standards embedded in the ultrasound instrument to determine the health status of the fetal growth and development,it is likely that a misjudgment may occur, resulting in excessive treatment or termination of treatment,Bringing tremendous psychological pressure and economic losses to patients and their families.Under such circumstances,it is unfriendly to doctors and patients, and it is easy to cause tension between doctors and patients. The inapplicability of these reference equations may be caused by ethnic, geographical, and socioeconomic issues, and the reference equation may be too old to be one of the reasons. In order to solve the problems of unclear imaging of ultrasound instruments and incomplete ultrasound examinations,we have developed a set of three-dimensional ultrasound reconstruction technology, which can be reconstructed in equal proportions based on DICOM(digital medical imaging and communication)files output from ultrasound instruments. The organ model is then used for automated measurements to obtain more accurate measurements. The application of image processing and three-dimensional reconstruction technology can show the true sensory effect of medical image data to the diagnosis staff,so that it can observe the patient’s image data in multiple directions and at multiple levels, reducing the subjective judgment and lack of clinical experience.Impact.Medical image processing and three-dimensional reconstruction can also assist doctors in qualitative and accurate quantitative analysis of patients’ diseased tissues, thereby maximizing the use value of data output by medical imaging equipment and improving the accuracy of diagnosis.Through the Precise and digital screening of fetal health(PDSFH),this study designed a prospective experiment, collected a large amount of clinical ultrasound data, and established fetal gestational age through various statistical and simulation methods Estimation equation, fetal weight estimation equation, judging fetal health status and fetal growth and development health standards through femur before pregnancy. In the following, these models are collectively referred to as PDSFH models. These standards and equations are based on the same ethnic group and have a large sample size.Ultrasound doctors are also professionally trained, which guarantees the reliability of the built model.Using the new equations we built has the potential to reduce unnecessary obstetric interventions, reduce morbidity and save costs. In view of the large number of births and intervention rates in China each year, the findings of this study may have an important impact on the health of children and the quality of population development.
