Objective:The Hadlock three-parameter formula is one of the most widely used formulas for predicting fetal weight in China. The Intergrowth-21st standard is the latest method for predicting fetal weight based on ultrasound measurement of fetal growth. The purpose of this paper is to compare the ability of the Hadlock criteria with the Intergrowth-21 criteria to predict morbidity and neonatal morbidity. Methods:In order to compare the advantages of two methods,in October 2018-August2019 jilin university second hospital obstetric delivery prospectie cohort study of pregnant women made the prescribed into and exclusion criteria, through case data, calculate Hadlock and Intergrowth-21 standards the accuracy of predicting fetal weight, small forecast gestational age(SGA)sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, accuracy,ROC curve drawing, through calculating the ROC curve characteristics, forecasting the incidence of SGA and neonatal complications. Results:Our study included 940 pregnant women,of whom SGA accounted for 16.7%(n=157)and mean color Doppler interval(2.88±3.22).In predicting fetal weight, the Hadlock standard(-6.03(SD10.69))is superior to the Intergrowth-21 standard(-9.09(SD11.10)),and with the increase of gestational age,the Hadlock standard and the Intergrowth-21 standard Accuracy is gradually decreasing. At 26-42~+66 weeks, the Hadlock criteria and the Intergrowth-21 criteria all have negative mean error percentages for estimating fetal weight, indicating that both are easy to underestimate fetal birth weight;in predicting SGA,Hadlock criteria(0.788)are better than Intergrowth-21 The standard(0.710)has higher accuracy, and with the increase of gestational age,the accuracy of Hadlock standard and Intergrowth-21standard gradually decreases, and the area under the ROC curve(AUC)also becomes smaller. In terms of predicting neonatal morbidity and severely compounded neonatal morbidity, both the Hadlock criteria and the Intergrowth-21standard AUC were greater than 0.8,both of which had good results. Conclusion:Hadlock is more advantageous in predicting fetal weight and SGA than intergrowth-21.However,with the increase of gestational weeks, the accuracy of both decreased gradually.Hadlock standard and intergrowth-21 standard both had better efficacy in predicting neonatal complications with AUC greater than 0.8.
