Study On The Correlation Between Serum Tumor Markers And Breast Cancer Metastasis

The incidence of breast cancer in China is showing a slow upward trend,and the harm to women’s physical and mental health and life safety is increasing.Breast cancer is a systemic disease that can metastasize to other sites through lymph nodes and other metastases.The vast majority of breast cancer patients lack specific symptoms at the early stage of the disease.Once a clear diagnosis is made,they often have spread to the whole body,and the prognosis drops sharply.Serum examination has become an important clinical examination item,and has achieved ideal application results in the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases.In order to investigate whether the levels of serum tumor markers CA724,AFP,CEA,CA125,CA153,TSGF and breast cancer metastasis are correlated,this paper collected the original case information of 244 breast cancer patients in the third surgery room of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Science and Technology,Including 122 cases of breast cancer patients with metastasis and breast cancer patients without metastasis.Choose appropriate indexes from the case record information of the two groups of patients for chi-square test and independent sample t test,perform a single factor analysis on the detection values of six tumor markers of breast cancer patients,and then detect the metastasis of breast cancer by different tumor markers Sensitivity and specificity were analyzed,and the conclusion was as follows: breast cancer patients’ age,menopausal status,ethnicity and origin can not be used as predictors of tumor metastasis.The levels of serum AFP,CEA,CA125,CA153 in patients with breast cancer metastasis were significantly different from those in patients without metastasis(P <0.05).The detection of preoperative serum CEA,CA125 and CA153 has certain value in the diagnosis of breast cancer metastasis and pathological staging assessment.The combined detection of three indicators is superior to a single or any combination of two indicators in predicting breast cancer metastasis,Can effectively improve the diagnosis rate of breast cancer metastasis.CEA,CA125 and CA153 are independent predictors of breast cancer metastasis,and the combined AUC value of the three is the highest.Therefore,it is of great significance to detect serum CEA,CA125 and CA153 when predicting breast cancer metastasis.
