Research On The Rules Of Zhang Zhenyu’s Riagnosis And Treatment Of Palpitations Based On Statistical Data Mining

Objective:Data mining and sorting out the rules of diagnosis and treatment of palpitation by Zhang Zhenyu,and condensing and inheriting the clinical experience and academic thoughts of the treatment of palpitation by Zhang Zhenyu.Methods:Using data mining method.First of all,Zhang Zhenyu clinical diagnosis and treatment of palpitations in accordance with certain exclusion criteria for screening,sorting.Secondly,the basic information,complaints,symptoms,syndrome differentiation,tongue coating,pulse,prescription and other data of patients were recorded into Excel spreadsheet.Finally,the Excel spreadsheet is introduced into the data management system of Qilu School of soil supplement.With the clue of diseases,disease syndromes and drugs,the basic information,symptoms,disease syndromes,tongue coating,pulse and prescriptions of palpitation syndrome are statistically mined by using the methods of"frequency statistics" and "association rules",and the data results of statistical mining are analyzed and discussed.Results:After screening,the frequency statistics of 386 cases of palpitation diagnosed and treated by Zhang Zhenyu were carried out.It was concluded that the syndrome differentiation of palpitation diagnosed and treated by Zhang Zhenyu was mainly Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,liver depression and heart deficiency syndrome,Qi and blood deficiency syndrome and phlegm stagnation syndrome.Zhang Zhenyu’ s commonly used drugs for diagnosis and treatment of palpitation are:Fructus Amomi,angelica,ginseng,Living keel,zhiyuanzhi,Yujin,Salvia mil,chuanxiong,Poria cocos,fried Atractylodes macrocephala,astragalus,Schisandra,Trichosanthes.Based on association rule mining,the common drugs and core prescriptions of Zhang Zhenyu in the diagnosis and treatment of palpitation were obtained.Conclusion:Zhang Zhenyu’s commonly used methods for diagnosis and treatment of palpitation are:replenishing qi and activating blood,calming heart and calming palpitation;soothing liver and nourishing blood,replenishing qi and calming palpitation;dispelling phlegm and resolving knots,and promoting qi and calming palpitation.Zhang Zhenyu’s academic thoughts on the diagnosis and treatment of palpitation are:palpitation differentiation and treatment,pay attention to the positive Qi;palpitation differentiation and treatment,both symptoms and treatment;palpitation syndrome treatment,pay attention to Qi and blood;palpitation syndrome differentiation,pay attention to viscera.
