A Theoretical Study On The Relationship Between The Theory Of "Essence Cannot Be Stored In Winter,Warm Disease Will Happen In Spring" And The Incidence Of Influenza

Objective:In this paper,the relationship between "essence cannot be stored in winter,warm disease will happen in spring" and the incidence of influenza will be studied.The purpose of this paper is to explore that kidney essence deficiency is the pathogenesis of influenza and other warm diseases,and to guide the clinical prevention and treatment.Methods:1.Consult the relevant literatures of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine of "essence cannot be stored in winter,warm disease will happen in spring" and "kidney storing essence";2.Consult the relevant literatures of warm diseases;3.Consult literatures on influenza;4.Explore the theoretical meaning of "essence cannot be stored in winter,warm disease will happen in spring" and its correlation with the incidence of influenza and other warm diseases;5.The theoretical origin and support of modern research about the etiology of kidney essence deficiency;6.Summary of the inspiration of prevention and treatment in clinical.Results:1."Essence cannot be stored in winter" affects the incidence of warm diseases in spring by means of the lack of basis of growth in spring,the combination of pathogenic heat,child-organ impairment involving its mother-organ,pathogens stay in weak places and the abnormal time and space.2.Kidney essence is the foundation for the transformation of original yin and original yang;however,long-term consumption of yin and yang will damage kidney essence.It can be concluded that "damaged by cold evil in winter"is easy to cause warm disease by damaging yang qi of human body and then wasting kidney essence;"essence cannot be stored in winter" is easy to cause"damaged by cold evil in winter will cause warm disease in spring".Overall,deficiency of kidney essence plays a key role in the pathogenesis of disease listed above.3.Through the study of the theoretical development,four periods from the Warring States to the Sui and Tang dynasties,the Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties,the Ming and Qing dynasties,the Republic of China to the modern times are summarized as the stages of theoretical germination,development,perfection and improvement respectively.Combined with modern research results,the vitamin D and mesenchymal stem cells can be used as modern research support has been put forward.4.In terms of treatment,the protection of kidney and yin is the principle treatment.Furthermore,salty and cold medicine is commonly used.The bitter medicine,sweet medicine and sour medicine which can treat kidney and tonify kidney are also prevalent drugs.The sweet-bitter,salty-sweet cold,salty-bitter-sweet cold,sour-bitter,sour-salty,sour-sweet-salty are the common applications.5.In terms of the prevention of influenza,it is feasible to pay attention to continence,prevention of overthinking and overworking,reasonable diet,avoidance of the wrong tonic therapy,and improvement of the awareness of environmental protection and sustainable development in the society.Conclusions:1."Essence cannot be stored in winter,warm disease will happen in spring" is related to the incidence of influenza and kidney essence deficiency is the pathogenesis of influenza and other warm diseases;2.Protecting kidney essence can be used as further research direction in prevention and treatment.
