| Objective1.By observing the TCM deficiency syndrome and positive syndrome elements in patients with sepsis,and the differences in their corresponding treatment outcomes and related prognosis,this paper aims to explore the evolution rules of the deficiency syndrome from the perspective of deficiency and reality.2.This paper discusses the feasibility and necessity of early whole-course Fuzheng therapy of sepsis from the transformation law of deficiency and reality.MethodsProspective collection and observation of sepsis patients meeting the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria in Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,observation and identification of TCM syndrome differentiation characteristics of deficiency and deficiency on the first,third,and seventh day of admission,discharge or death of the patients,and collection of treatment measures and prognosis results of the patients;all-cause deaths were followed up at 28 days after admission.Results1.A total of 94 patients with sepsis were included in this study.On the first day of inclusion,SOFA score of patients with the syndrome of deficiency and excess(5.50±3.71)was higher than that of the patients with the syndrome of excess(3.06±1.25),and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).State three syndrome types in SOFA score,APACHE Ⅱ score,the prognosis of calcitonin original level showed obvious difference,index of deficiency syndrome in patients with less in patients with positive and factors.Discharge or death on the same day,deficiency syndrome,factors,in patients with positive state SOFA score,APACHEⅡscore,GCS score,MODS,lactic acid levels,calcitonin original level,the level of white blood cell count was performance is statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05),most of the outcomes for patients with empirical indicators is better than that of patients with deficiency syndrome or factors certificates.In the prognosis outcome of 28-day death,the proportion of patients with the syndrome of deficiency and excess(82.85%)was much higher than that of patients with deficiency syndrome(11.43%)or positive patients(5.71%).2.In the early stages of the disease,patients with elements of deficiency syndrome had a worse prognosis,especially with a more significant difference in SOFA score.With the increase of deficiency syndrome elements,in the late disease in patients with MODS score,APACHE Ⅱ score and calcitonin original prognosis worse outcome.3.In the early stages of the disease,patients with elements of deficiency syndrome had a worse prognosis,especially with a more significant difference in SOFA score.With the increase of deficiency syndrome elements,in the late disease in patients with MODS score,APACHE Ⅱ score and calcitonin original prognosis worse outcome.Conclusion1.Sepsis is characterized by deficiency of qi,deficiency of Yin,blood stasis,and internal organs.In the early stage of the disease,the deficiency syndrome can be seen,but the deficiency and solid mixed syndrome is the most.With the progression of the disease,the clinical manifestations mainly of deficiency syndrome gradually increased,suggesting that the treatment strategy of early whole-course righting may have important significance.2.In the middle stage of the onset process of sepsis,the distribution composition and change rule of the syndrome elements are related to the prognosis of patients.During the onset process,each observation time node shows the characteristics of worse prognosis of patients with syndrome of deficiency and excess. |
