Objective:To understand the current situation and related relationship of clinical nurses’ perceived professional benefit,autonomous learning ability,professional self-concept,to explore the influence of autonomous learning ability and professional self-concept on nurses’ perceived professional benefit,to provide reference basis for improving clinical nurses’ perceived professional benefit and reducing job burnout and turnover intention.Methods:This study is a descriptive study in non-experimental studies.Using the method of convenient sampling and questionnaire survey,the clinical registered nurses in two tertiary hospitals were investigated and studied.The survey included general demographic data of nurses,nurses’ sense of professional gain questionnaire.nursing staffs self-learning ability scale and nursing professional self-concept scale.SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used to organize and analyze the data,and the statistical methods of frequency percentage,mean and standard deviation,T-test.chi-square test,Pearson correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis were adopted.Among them,P<0.05 indicated that the difference was statistically significant.Results:(1)Current status of perceived professional benefit:clinical nurses had a score of occupational sense of benefit(133.49±21.75),a minimum score of 34.a maximum score of 165.The average scores of each dimension were as follows:self-growth(4.19±0.69),good nurse-patient relationship(4.11±0.72),sense of team belonging(4.05±0,69),identification of relatives and friends(3.891±0.73),positive occupational cognition(3.88±0.74).differences in age,education,number of night shifts per month,technical titles,and job titles in nurses’perceived professional benefit were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Current situation of autonomous learning ability:clinical nurses’ autonomous learning ability score(129.74±26.08).the lowest score is 34 points,the highest score is 170 points.belong to the general level The mean scores of each dimension were:self-motivation belief(3.92±0.76),self-monitoring and regulation(3.81±0.82),task analysis(3.72±0.88),self-evaluation(3.61±0.86),Age,education,technical title,position and monthly income were statistically significant(P<0.05),(3)Current status of professional self-concept:clinical nurses score of self-concept(89.39±14.65),the lowest score of 30 points,the highest score of 120 points,in the middle level.The average scores of each dimension were:skill(3.24±0.59),flexibility(3.10±0.62),communication(2.95±0.51),leadership(2.88±0.61),satisfaction(2.83±0.51).Age,marital status,technical title and monthly income were statistically significant in the nurses’ professional self-concept(P<0.05).(4)The relationship between autonomous learning ability,professional self-concept and sense of professional benefit:autonomous learning ability,professional self-concept and sense of professional benefit were all positively correlated.Nurses’ autonomous learning ability professional self-concept,academic.qualifications,the number of night shifts per month,and the title of nurses are the influencing factors of the sense of professional benefit.Conclusion:(1)The clinical nurses’ perceived professional benefit is at a high level.In particular,it is necessary to improve nurses’" self-growth "and" positive professional cognition"level.Those over 35 years of age,college degree,less than 5 night shifts per month,technical title as nurses and in charge of nurses and above,position as head nurses and above have a better perceived professional benefit.(2)The autonomous learning ability of clinical nurses is at the general level.Nurses over 35 years of age,junior college and graduate students and above,nurses and nurses in charge and above,head nurses and above,monthly income of less than 2000 yuan of nurses autonomous learning ability has a strong impact.(3)The professional self-concept of clinical nurses is at a high level.The professional self-concept of nurses over 35 years old,married,nurses and nurses in charge and above,with monthly income of less than 2000 yuan and more than 3000 yuan is better.(4)The higher the level of autonomous learning ability and professional self-concept and the higher the level of perceived professional benefit.Nurses’autonomous learning ability,professional self-concept,academic qualifications,the number of night shifts per month,and the title of nurses are the influencing factors of the sense of perceived professional benefit,among which the professional self-concept of nurses has the greatest influence.
