Objective:By analyzing the status quo of health literacy, health promotion behavior and nutritional risk of stroke patients in Yanji City,to explore the influencing factors of health literacy, health promotion behavior and nutritional risk of stroke patients and the correlation among them,in order to improve the health literacy of stroke patients, promote healthy behavior, and provide reference for strengthening nutritional risk management of stroke patients.Reduce nutritional risk. Methods:The convenience sampling method is adopted to280 stroke patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the neurology wards of the second and third-grade class-A general hospitals in Yanji City. The data of 280 stroke patients were complete and effective.Questionnaire and clinical data were obtained The health literacy, health promotion behavior and nutritional risk scores of patients were assessed by simple hypertension-related health literacy assessment form,Health Promotion Lifestyle Scale II and nutritional risk screening form 2002.Frequency and percentage were used to describe the general demographic characteristics of the subjects;t-test and single factor ANOVA test were used to analysis the differences in general demographic characteristics of health literacy, health promotion behavior and nutritional risk;Pearson correlation test was used to analyze the correlation between health literacy, health promotion behavior and nutritional risk.Multivariate linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of nutritional risk.Results:(1)In 280 stroke patients, the total score of health literacy was(139.40±35.48),and those with adequate health literacy accounted for 46.8%,which was significantly higher than those with health literacy deficiency and critical health literacy. There were significant differences in the health literacy of stroke patients in terms of gender, age, education level, occupational status, monthly income, living conditions, combined chronic diseases, and course of disease, which were statistically significant(P<0.01).(2)The total score of health promotion behavior is(133.40±29.30),which is at a good level. The proportion of people with good health promotion behavior and the average person was basically the same. The excellent and the poor accounted for 15.4%and 14.3%respectively,and the overall distribution was normal. There are significant differences in the health promotion behaviors of stroke patients in terms of age, education level, occupational status, presence or absence, monthly income, medical expenses payment method, drinking history, smoking history, living conditions, combined chronic diseases, and course of disease.Significance(P<0.01).(3)The total risk of nutritional risk in stroke patients was(2.67±1.26),48.2%for patients with nutritional risk, and 51.8%for patients without nutrition risk. The nutritional risk of stroke patients was statistically significant in terms of age, education level, occupational status, presence or absence of escort, monthly income, drinking history, smoking history, swallowing dysfunction, living conditions, combined chronic disease, and course of disease.(P<0.01).(4)Different levels of health literacy have a certain impact on the nutritional risk of stroke patients. The higher the level of health literacy is,the better the health promotion behavior will be,and the higher the nutritional risk will be Low.(5)Pearson correlation analysis showed that the overall health literacy of stroke patients was positively correlated with health promotion behavior(P<0.01);health literacy and health promotion behavior were negatively correlated with nutritional risk(P<0.01).(6)Multilinear regression analysis showed that age, dysphagia, lack of health literacy and poor health promotion behavior were risk factors for nutritional risk in stroke patients, with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)There is a correlation between health literacy, health promotion behavior and nutritional risk in stroke patients.(2)Factors influencing nutritional risk in stroke patients include high age, dysphagia, lack of health literacy and poor health promotion behavio.r(3)There are significant differences in nutritional risk between different health literacy levels and health promotion behaviors in stroke patients.
