Objective To explore the correlation between serum endogenin,retinol binding protein 4 andcoronary heart disease,and analyze the interaction between endogenin,retinol binding protein 4 andglutamyl transpeptidase in coronary heart disease.Method The case group selected 159 patients with coronary heart disease who were hospitalized and treated in the cardiology department of a hospital from August 2010 to June 2011,including 98 males and 61 females;the control group was selected to participate in healthy physical examinations in the same period Of 185 patients with coronary heart disease,including 110 males and 75 females.Investigate the basic information of the research subject,and measure the height,weight,systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),fasting blood glucose(GLU),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT),total bilirubin(TBIL),direct Bilirubin(DBIL),lactin(Visfatin)and retinol binding protein 4(RBP4),and calculate the BMI of the research subjects.To analyze the correlation between Visfatin and RBP4 and coronary heart disease,the interaction between Visfatin,RBP4 and GGT in coronary heart disease.Results 1.The levels of Visfatin,RBP4 and GGT in the coronary heart disease group were higher than those in the control group,while the DBIL levels were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The abnormal rates of LDL-C and AST in the coronary heart disease group were higher than those in the control group,while the abnormal rates of blood pressure,blood glucose,DBIL,Visfatin and RBP4 were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Visfatin is positively correlated with DBP,TC,TG,LDL-C,GLU,but negatively correlated with HDL-C,AST and DBIL(P<0.05);RBP4 is positively correlated with TC,TG,LDL-C,GLU,It was negatively correlated with DBIL(P<0.05).4.When the confounding factors are not adjusted,the risk of coronary heart disease in the Visfatin high quantile group is 1.906 times that of the low quantile group(95%CI:1.225-2.968).After adjusting for gender,GGT,RBP4 and DBIL,the risk of coronary heart disease The risk of disease disappeared;when confounding factors were not adjusted,the risk of coronary heart disease in the RBP4 high-quantile group was 2.369 times(95%CI:1.502-3.735)of the low-quantile group.After adjusting for gender,GGT,Visfatin and DBIL,The risk of coronary heart disease is 2.147 times that of the low-quantile group(95%CI:1.345-3.427).5.When the confounding factors are not adjusted,the risk of coronary heart disease in the Visfatin high quantile and GGT abnormal group is 6.405 times that of the Visfatin low quantile and normal GGT group(95%CI:2.070-19.823),adjust gender,GGT,RBP4 After DBIL,the risk of coronary heart disease in the Visfatin high quantile and GGT abnormal group was 5.957 times that of the Visfatin low quantile and normal GGT group(95%CI:1.799-19.736),and there was an interaction between Visfatin and GGT(P=0.037);without adjusting for confounding factors,the risk of coronary heart disease in the RBP4 high quantile and GGT abnormal group is 4.644 times that of the RBP4 low quantile and normal GGT group(95%CI:1.750-12.320),adjusted for gender,GGT,Visfatin After DBIL,the risk of coronary heart disease in the RBP4 high quantile and GGT abnormal group was 5.177 times that of the RBP4 low quantile and normal GGT group(95%CI:1.872-14.317),and there was an interaction between RBP4 and GGT(P=0.002).Conclusions 1.Visfatin is an influencing factor of coronary heart disease,but it is not an independent influencing factor;and RBP4 can be considered as an independent risk factor for coronary heart disease.2.Visfatin,RBP4 and GGT all interact in coronary heart disease.3.Visfatin,RBP4 can be used as predictors of coronary heart disease and can be widely used in coronary heart disease screening.Visfatin,RBP4 and GGT are related to the severity and extent of coronary artery disease,it provides a new idea for further study on the pathogenesis and Prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.
