Objective:To explore the relation between migraine and sleep disorders,depression,anxiety in order to search the migraine comorbidities possible pathogenesis identity multidimensional clinical aspects of migraine,and meanwhile help the exact guidance of migraine’s treatment and reduce the long-term harm of migraine’attacks.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted.From August,2018 to December,2019,182 migraineur and 126 Tension-type headache(TTH)in neurology headache outpatient were selected.Both groups received questionnaires on demographic information,headache attack(frequency,duration),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS).Data was analyzed by SPSS 23 software.Statistical analysis was performed using Chisquare test or nonparametric test.Result:A total of 182 migraineur participated in the study,incluing 155 females and 27 males.The average PSQI score of migraineur was 6.72±3.30,differing from the control group.In the migraineur group,there were 61(37%)patients comorbid with anxiety,56(33.9%)patients comorbid with depression and 34(20.6%)comorbid with both anxiety and depression.There was a statistical difference in anxiety.Migraineur comorbided with anxiety and depression showed poorer sleep quality,the average PSQI scores were 9.47±3.83。Conclusion:Compared with the participants without migraine,migraineurs and TTH show poorer sleep quality.When patients comorbid with depression and anxiety,they show poorer sleep quality. |
