| Objective:A questionnaire survey and clinical observation were conducted in 209 patients with tinnitus who met the inclusion criteria.The sex,age,course of disease,the side of tinnitus,the nature of tinnitus,the hearing condition,the inducing factors and the whole body were observed.The relationship between associated symptoms and tinni tus,and TCM syndromes.To study the characteristics of the related factors of tinnitus and its relationship with the severity of tinnitus,to conclude the distribution of TCM syndromes in tinnitus patients,so as to guide the clinical treatment.Methods:This study was carried out in the form of questionnaire and clinical observation.According to the tinnitus disability scale(THI),tinnitus,the general situation of tinnitus was investigated.Tinnitus depression,anxiety and stress scale(DASS-C21)were used to investigate the patients with tinnitus who met the inclusion criteria.The data were summarized and analyzed by spss22.0 software.Results:Statistical analysis of general factors and TCM syndrome types of tinnitus.Sex,age and severity of tinnitus had statistical difference(p<0.05).There was no significant difference between the severity of tinnitus and the severity of tinnitus,course of disease,loudness,frequency,frequency and severity of tinnitus(p>0.05).The levels of anxiety,depression and stress were consistent with the severity of tinnitus(p<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Middle-aged people with hypertension,heart disease,cerebrovascular disease,hyperlipidemia basic diseases are the high-risk group of tinnitus.(2)Tinnitus induces many factors,especially emotional factors.(3)Gender,age,anxiety,depression and stress levels were associated with the severity of tinnitus.(4)There was no significant correlation between the severity of tinnitus and the side of tinnitus,course of disease,loudness,frequency and degree of hearing loss.(5)Among the 9 TCM syndromes,the proportion of liver-fire disturbance was the highest,followed by the spleen and stomach weakness,the stagnation of clear orifices and the stagnation of qi and resuscitation,and the distribution of female tinnitus was significantly higher than that of male. |
