Objective: to observe the effect of jiaxia houshi black powder on the inflammatory mechanism and clinical effect of atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.Methods: according to the principle of complete random control,76 patients who met the criteria(the cases were from the neurology ward of shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine)were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the time sequence.The control group was treated with comprehensive treatment of western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with plus or minus hou’s black powder on the basis of comprehensive treatment of western medicine,with a course of treatment lasting for 14 days.Observed before and after treatment in both groups NIHSS scale score,modified Barthel index(MBI),hypersensitive c-reactive protein(Hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-ɑ),interleukin 6(IL-6)and TCM symptom score changes.Results: addition or subtraction of houshi heshan powder could significantly improve the patients’ NIHSS scale,improved Barthel index(MBI)score,and TCM syndrome score.The treatment group had statistical significance compared with the control group(P<0.05).Add and subtract Hou Shi black powder can significantly reduce patients hypersensitivec-reactive protein(Hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-ɑ),interleukin 6(IL-6),the treatment group compared with control group with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: add and subtract Hou Shi black powder can reduce hypersensitive c-reactive protein(Hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-ɑ),interleukin 6(IL-6)inflammatory index level,reducing inflammatory reaction,thereby improving patient NIHSS scale,modified Barthel index(MBI)score and TCM symptom score,significantly improve the nerve function defect in patients with symptoms,improve the patients’ daily life activities ability,improve the quality of survival.
