Correlation Between The Onset Of Ischemic Stroke And Wuyunliuqi And Meteorological Factors

Objective:Based on the Yunqi theory in the Huang Di’s Canon of Internal Medicine,to explore the correlation between the incidence rate of ischemic stroke and Wuyunliuqi in Weifang area,at the same time,the meteorological data of Weifang area were used to observe the influence of meteorological elements on the incidence of ischemic stroke.Method:The study was a retrospective study,which collects a total of 14034 ischemic stroke’s hospitalization data on January 20,2006(Big Chill)-January 19,2018(the day before the Great Cold Day)(the gas of the first day of the Yi You year to the gas of end of Ding You year,the interval is 12 years old.),in Weifang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.In the meanwhile,collecting the five meteorological factors include data daily average temperature,daily average precipitation,daily average relative humidity,daily average wind speed and daily average pressure in Weifang City for 12 consecutive years;and then according to the " Seven Major Discourses " in the " Huang Di’s Canon of Internal Medicine ",the Yunqi theory anticipation rules for each year in the big year,five five movements(main movement,passenger movement),six climates(main climate,passenger climate)and Dlwji,and calculate the number of ischemic strokes in different periods of Yunqi and Solar Terms in each year;In the end,Descriptive analysis of the characteristics of stroke was performed,and single factor partial correlation analysis was performed on the incidence of ischemic stroke and the five meteorological factors in the twenty-four Solar Terms.Statistical methods were performed using SPSS 25.0 for data processing and descriptive statistical analysis: the proportion of hospitalizations for ischemic strokes in different ages was compared with the sample rate,and chi-square test were used to compare the incidence of different ages and genders.The number of inpatients in the main movements and main climates was compared by Nonparametric tests for multiple independent samples(Kruskal-Wallis H).The relationship between the incidence of 24 solar terms and meteorological factors in the same and the previous solar terms was explored by single factor partial correlation analysis.Result:The incidence of stroke has obvious gender and age differences,where there are more men than women,and ages range from 60 to 79.In different years of transportation,the annual incidence rate of water movement age is the highest,and the golden water movement age is the lowest.In the different period which six climates initiate,the overall incidence of the climate of the early is the peak of the disease.The lowest,the other four climate incidence is in the middle and the difference is not obvious;in the different five movements period,the overall incidence of wood movement age is the peak,the water movement age has the lowest incidence,the other three steps are moderate and the difference is not obvious;the incidence of ischemic stroke and the average temperature The average pressure and the average precipitation are positively correlated,and negatively correlated with the average relative humidity and the average wind speed.The average relative humidity and the average wind speed have a greater impact on the disease.In conclusion:(1)The incidence of ischemic stroke has significant regularity in the years of age,five movements and six climates periods.The incidence of stroke in Weifang area,Based on the deficiency of liver and kidney,the main evil is wind,cold and dampnessThe regularity of ischemic apoplexy in middle stroke: high incidence rate in water transport years,the pathogenesis is: cold pathogenic factors,liver and kidney deficiency,air and blood disorder,square can chuanlian fuling decoction and jing shun decoction plus or minus;The period of "five movements" and "six climates" : the climate of the early is the peak of the disease,and it is the wind in the chaos of liver Yang,air blood(2)in meteorology,it is greatly affected by relative humidity and wind speed.Summarize the above rules to provide guidance for prevention and syndrome differentiation of stroke in Chinese medicine,and take positive preventive measures in clinical to reduce the occurrence of ischemic stroke.
