Objective: To study the TCM symptom of elderly patients who with hip bone disease at early postoperative of total hip replacement arthroplasty,and analysis the relationship between zhe law with gender,age and clinical symptoms.Methods: We should collect and filter medical record information of patients who meet the standard,and completely record all the information,such as age,sex,modus of operation.When we Gather the postoperative signs and symptoms at the second days,and TCM clinical diagnosis information,we stipulate that taking 1 indicate positive symptoms,and taking 0 indicate null.Whatsmore,we record the score of Harris hip function assessment scale of patients at the fifith days of early postoperative as the rehabilitative condition.We established data questionnaire and logging and analysis the data with SPSS22.Results: The survey include all of 110 cases.And all of them can be divided into three different categories:50 cases showed Qi-deficiency,sputum stasis,Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome;40 cases showed blood-deficiency,qi-stagnation,Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome;20cases showed qi-deficiency,qi-stagnation,Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.All cases are showed the generally pathological character thatcombined with asthenia and parenchyma,and each has its characteristics.The result is difference with the early differentiation syndrome of the three periods of TCM syndrome differentiation of drug use that be used in clinic treatment.THerefore,we must Comprehensively observation clinical symptoms,and should put our attention at method that grasp deficiency syndrome and excess symptoms comprehensively.And we should try our best to achieve the treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
