| Volatile organic compounds(VOC)from the leaves of Anoectochilus roxburghii which was co-cultured with mycorrhizal fungi(Fusarium concentricum)or not and its mycorrhizal fungi were analysed by the HP-SPME and GC-MS.The extract of ethanol from Anoectochilus roxburghii and Fusarium concentricum were studied on the Drosophila’s life-span and antioxidant capacity. The results as follows:VOC of the fungi’s zymotic fluid and mycelia, the former included 42 compounds which 24.33%was esters; The latter contained 33 compounds which 29.82%was alkene, most of the them had used as a medicine or pesticide.VOC from the leaves of tissue culture seedlings of Anoectochilus roxburghii inoculated with the fungi or not were cultured for 4 weeks were measured,10 compounds were detected from the control group without the inoculation,23compounds from the inoculation group which79.02%was alkene and 18.17%was alcohol, the difference between two groups were same to the fungi’s VOC.lmg/ml ethanol extracts of F.concentricum prolong the Drosophila’s life-span significantly, especially for the female drosophila.Media include 2%alcohol extracts from forests cultivation Anoectochilus roxburghii also prolong Drosophila’s life-span remarkably, especially for male drosophila. Both extracts can enhance SOD and decrease MDA activity. |
