Construction Of Sensitivity Indexes Of Postoperative Nursing Quality For Laryngeal Cancer Patients

Objective:The purpose of this study was to establish a systematic,scientific and operable index system for postoperative nursing quality of laryngeal cancer patients,and to provide reference and basis for nursing administrators.Methods:In this study,logical reasoning and inductive summarization,qualitative and quantitative analysis are used to carry out the research.The concrete steps are the establishment of expert study group,the preliminary screening of evaluation indexes,the formation of indicators and empirical measurement,etc.The corresponding core research methods include:literature analysis method,Delphi expert consultation method,group discussion method and so on.Results:The sensitive index system of postoperative nursing quality of laryngeal cancer patients was constructed by using Delphi method.The index system included patient safety index,specialized nursing index,nursing management index 3 first class index,11 second class index and 32 third grade index.The positive coefficient of the first round of expert consultation is 95.2 and that of the second round of expert consultation is 100,which shows that the enthusiasm of the experts to this study is high;The system is helpful to the continuous improvement of postoperative nursing quality of laryngeal cancer,makes up for the lack of quantitative evaluation tools for postoperative nursing quality of laryngeal cancer,highlights the characteristics of postoperative specialized nursing care for laryngeal cancer,and helps to improve the level of postoperative specialized skills of laryngeal cancer.It deepens the connotation of patient-centered nursing service.Conclusion:The system is helpful to the continuous improvement of postoperative nursing quality of laryngeal cancer,makes up for the lack of quantitative evaluation tools for postoperative nursing quality of laryngeal cancer,highlights the characteristics of postoperative specialized nursing care for laryngeal cancer,and helps to improve the level of postoperative specialized skills of laryngeal cancer.It deepens the connotation of patient-centered nursing service.
