Objective:To construct scientific, sensitive and clinical practical sensitive quality indicators of Hematology nursing, and to study the scientificity, sensitivity and practicability of the indicators in the clinical,so as to facilitate clinical promotion. Methods:Based on Donabedian's"structure-process-result" quality management model, this study used evidence-based literature,semi-structured interviews and Hematology nursing work's characters,to construct a framework of sensitive quality indicators for hematology specialty nursing preliminarily, and then used Delphi method to construct scientific, sensitive and practical sensitive quality indicators for hematology nursing. In order to explore the science, sensitivity and applicability of the indicators, the standard was used in the clinical PreliminarilyResults:After two rounds of inquiry, seven nursing-sensitive quality indicators of hematology department were constructed, including nurse-patient ratio, the rate of pain's intervention, the incidence of oral mucositis in patients with chemotherapy, the incidence of perianal infection in patients with chemotherapy, the incidence of catheter-related infections in patients with PICC,the incidence of catheter-related thromboembolism in patients with PICC and the incidence of blood-transfusion reaction(2)Compared with the indicators before application, the incidence of oral mucositis and perianal infection in patients with chemotherapy, the incidence of blood-transfusion reaction after application were significantly reduced, and the rate of pain's intervention was significantly increased(P<0.05);the incidence of PICC catheter-related blood flow infection and PICC catheter thromboembolism had no significant difference(P>0.05),but the occurrence rate of these two indicators after application is zero. Conclusions:In this study, seven sensitive quality indicators of hematology department were constructed, including one structural indicator(nurse-patient ratio),one process indicator(the rate of pain's intervention)and five outcome indicators(the incidence of oral mucositis in patients with chemotherapy, the incidence of catheter-related infections in patients with PICC,the incidence of catheter-related thromboembolism in patients with PICC,the incidence of blood-transfusion reaction and the incidence of perianal infection in patients with chemotherapy)(2)The six indicators which are the incidence of oral mucositis in patients with chemotherapy, the incidence of catheter-related infections in patients with PICC,the incidence of catheter-related thromboembolism in patients with PICC,the incidence of blood-transfusion reaction, the incidence of perianal infection in patients with chemotherapy and the rate of pain's intervention constructed in this study have high nursing sensitivity, scientificalness and clinical applicability, which are worthy of clinical promotion or further study.
