| ObjectiveThis article is based on the previous studies and domestic and foreign research,animal experiments were used to explore the role of flavonoids extract of Morus alba through non-alcoholic fatty liver and adipogenesis through HIF-1α pathway affecting angiogenesis.MethodsA model of obesity-induced non-alcoholic fatty liver was established by using a purely fat-rich diet.After 9 weeks of modeling,the rats were given gavage for 12 weeks continuously.The effects of Fructus Mori-flavone on fasting blood glucose(FBG),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),oral glucose tolerance(OGTT),liver and perirenal adipose tissue morphology Real-time PCR,immunofluorescence and Western Blot were used to detect the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1(HIF-1α),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)),Platelet derived factor(PDGF),nitric oxide synthase(iNOs)mRNA and hypoxia inducible factor-1(HIF-1α),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),platelet derived factor(PDGF)Enzyme(iNOs)protein expression,and analyze the possible mechanisms exist in them.Results1、 Morus alba flavonoids can significantly reduce the body weight of model rats,indicating that Morus alba flavonoids have a good effect of reducing weight;also can significantly reduce the model group rats basic blood parameters(FBG,TC,TG)levels,improve Glycolipid levels;can effectively improve the pathological state of liver and perirenal adipose tissue;OGTT results show that Morus alba flavonoids can be a good model of glucose tolerance in rats.2、Morus alba flavonoids on the liver and perirenal fat index: Morus alba flavonoids can significantly improve the liver and perirenal fat index,morphology of the liver,Morus alba flavonoids are solid texture,rosy,smooth surface,size Moderate,to improve the model group of liver steatosis,reduce the uneven surface of the liver,the liver soil yellow,easily damaged,broken into a rubbish-like situation.3、Morus alba flavonoids on the liver injury index: After the application of Morus alba flavonoids,both the high dose of Morus alba or flavonoids and low doses of serum hepatic damage indicators GOT,GPT were significantly lower.4、Morus alba flavonoids on the morphology of the liver and perirenal fat morphology: observed under a microscope,Morus alba high doses can effectively improve the degree of hepatic steatosis,vesicular steatosis is almost invisible,nor necrosis and Inflammatory infiltration,we can see Morus alba flavonoids fatty liver flavonoids on hepatocyte lipids Accumulation of good quality inhibition.The experimental results showed that the peritoneal fat cell density of Fructus Morigenis flavonoids was suitable,the volume size was moderate,the cell size was different,but the number of adipocytes increased and the volume increased.From the microscopic point of view,the establishment of obesity model is successful.Morus alba flavonoids have a significant weight loss,so Morus alba high and low doses of lipid accumulation in adipocytes played a significant role in the inhibition,but also explained the stems of the the liver and perirenal fat index,liver morphology,to improve the model group of liver steatosis,texture compact,rosy,smooth surface,medium size.Administration of Sang white skin flavonoids,serum GOT,GPT levels were significantly decreased to improve the degree of liver damage.Morus alba flavonoids can effectively improve the degree of hepatic steatosis,vesicular steatosis is almost invisible,there is no necrosis and inflammatory infiltration,we can see Morus alba flavonoids fatty liver disease caused by obesity,intrahepatic lipid Accumulation of good inhibition.Morus alba flavonoids may be appropriate to reduce the liver and perirenal fat HIF-1α protein and its downstream angiogenesis-related genes and proteins speculated that Morus alba may be through the regulation of HIF-1α pathway and downstream angiogenesis-related indicators of secretion to improve the non Alcoholic fatty liver and lipogenesis.In summary,the Morus alba on the improvement of non-alcoholic
