| OBJECTIVE:To study the pharmacodynamics of total alkaloid dripping pills from Yanhusuo on the basis of pharmacological research,and to explore its role and mechanism in the treatment of acute myocardial ischemia,so as to provide experimental and theoretical basis for clinical drug use.Results:1.After coronary artery ligation,myocardial enzymes CK,LDH,CK-MB,AST and HBDH in the model group continued to increase,and systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,mean arterial pressure,heart rate,ischemia level and ischemic range increased significantly.But Yanhusuo total alkaloid globules and Salvia miltiorrhiza pills group can significantly inhibit the increase of serum myocardial enzymes CK,LDH,CK-MB caused by myocardial ischemia,significantly reduce systolic blood pressure,mean arterial pressure,heart rate Ischemic degree(N-ST)and ischemic range(∑-ST),low dose group can significantly reduce diastolic blood pressure,middle dose group significantly inhibited AST,HBDH increased,and compared with the model group,there was a significant difference(P<0.05);compared with the model group,Yanhusuo total alkaloid globules droppings group and Danshen Dripping Pills positive group,can significantly reduce myocardial infarct size,and there is a significant difference(P It;0.05).2.After the coronary artery ligation,the whole blood lactic acid(LD)content in the model group continued to increase,while the total alkaloid boluses of Yanhusuo and the Danshen Dripping Pills group could significantly inhibit the increase of LD,and compared with the model group.There was a significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the content of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the heart tissue of the total alkaloid dropping pills and the Danshen dripping pills group was significantly increased,and malondialdehyde(The content of MDA)was significantly reduced and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).3.After coronary artery ligation,in the model group,the 6-Keto-PGF1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)continued to decrease,TXB2 continued to increase,and the 6/T level decreased significantly.However,the doses of total alkaloids in Corydalis yankees were different.Group and Danshen Dripping Pills positive group,can significantly increase 6-Keto-PGF1α,reduce the low TX2,content,maintain 6/T content stable,and compared with the model group,there is a significant difference(P<0.05).4.After coronary artery ligation,the cholesterol content(CHO)and triglyceride(TG)content did not change significantly in the model group,while the total alkaloid globules and the Danshen Dripping Pills in the total alkaloid globules group could reduce the cholesterol component CHO and The content of TG,but compared with the model group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05);but the total alkaloid globules in delayed high dose group,reduce TG significantly,and compared with the model group,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1,total alkaloid dripping pills can effectively reduce the concentration of myocardial enzymes,reduce blood pressure,heart rate,myocardial blood and extent,myocardial infarct size,have a protective effect on myocardial ischemia.2.Corydalis total alkaloid globules can reduce blood lactic acid LD content,increase antioxidant free radical SOD activity,reduce lipid peroxidation product MDA content,improve myocardial hypoxia,improve antioxidative stress,and protect cardiomyocytes.3,Corydalis total alkaloid dripping pills,can increase the vasodilator substance 6-Keto-PGF1α,reduce vasoconstrictor blood TXB2 content,maintain 6/T stability,to protect the vascular endothelial function,relieve myocardial ischemia,and protect the myocardium Ischemia.4.Corydalis total alkaloid globules can reduce TG content of blood lipids,reduce erythrocyte aggregation index,reduce FIB content,prolong coagulation time of thrombin TT and APTT,improve blood microcirculation,affect coagulation system,reduce activation of coagulation factor,prevent Blood hypercoagulation and thrombosis,while protecting against myocardial ischemia. |
