| Infantile anaphylactic cough,also known as infantile cough variant asthma,is one of the children’s respiratory tract of chronic diseases,and has serious influences on the growth and development of children’s health.Under the guidance of the theory of Chinese medicine,this topic studies the preparation,pharmacodynamics and quality standards of Jin Min granules.The quality criteria of the medicinal herbs in the granule were studied in this paper,and the content of the content of ephedra,scutellaria,urmei,schizandra and aster were studied.Based on the properties of the active ingredients in a prescription and the actual production,the extraction and purification,molding process and design pilot study designed:(1)orthogonal design optimization water extraction technology of compound ephedrine and pseudoephedrine,baicalin,amount of extract of fructus schisandrae alcohol armour as index,orthogonal test to investigate the water addition,extraction time and extraction times three factors,the optimum extraction process for solvent quantity for 12 times,heating reflux 3 times,each time 1.5 h.(2)because of ephedra for medicine,ephedrine and pseudoephedrine in ephedra is the main component of effective cough,instability and volatile,ephedrine,pseudoephedrine,baicalin,fructus schisandrae alcohol armour as examining index,the reliability of the reduced pressure concentration;(3)with ephedrine,pseudoephedrine,retention rate of baicalin,fructus schisandrae alcohol armour as an index,optimization of the water extraction liquid alcohol sink technology,the result is 60%ethanol to alcohol,let stand after 24 h,the suction filter recovery ethanol;(4)The drying of water extract using vacuum drying;(5)To adopt wet legal grains;(6)Taste masking added 2.5 ‰of aspartame,2.5‰ arcelormittal honey,1‰ sodium chloride,sodium bicarbonate and 1 ‰ of melon flavor(7)all landowners pilot by magnifying the research for the verification of the process conditions,the results show that the preparation is stable and practical.The quality standards of metallogenic granules were established by high performance liquid chromatography and thin-layer chromatography.TLC is a clear,strong and reproducible feature of ephedra,scutellaria,Schisandra chinensis,tatarian aster,fructus mume and cortex mori radicis.The method was determined by HPLC to determine the content of ephedrine,pseudo ephedrine,baicalin,and schisandrin.In this paper,the treatment of cough reduction was observed by using the mice ammonia water and the guinea pig.The evaluation index is the cough incubation period and the incubation period.Jin Min particles high-dose group significantly extend the ammonia cough incubation period of cough in mice,Jin Min particles of high,middle dose group had a significantly lower cough(P<0.05),and blank control group with significant difference(P<0.01).The aminophylline group significantly extended the period of convulsion of the guinea pig,with significant difference(P<0.01)with the blank control group.The high and medium dose groups significantly extended the convulsive incubation period of the guinea pig(P<0.05),with significant differences in the control group(P<0.01). |
