Epidemic Prevalent Status Analysis Of Brucellosis In Hohhot From 2010 To 2014

Objective In order to learn from 2010 to 2014,Hohhot brucellosis epidemic dynamic change,and to further strengthen will provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of brucellosis.Method Collected China information system for disease surveillance and report data and cases of monitoring data from 2010 to 2014 for retrospective analysis.Cases will be five years statistical data in year after year,number of onset by age and by sex,by profession,statistical analysis,separately according to the region list analysis,chart analysis,comparison between the data of incidence of a disease,the application of SPSS software for statistical analysis.Compare to the during the same period of the disease incidence,the rate of standardization method.Result Five years has reported cases no deaths.Five years from 2010 to 2014,the incidence of epidemic intensity of general decline,from 2010 to 2013 brucella bacillus disease incidence rate gradually decreased,and the decline is opposite bigger,and a small rise in 2014.Five years,the highest peak of incidence by 2010 62.87/10 ten thousand people fell to their lowest in 2013 36.82/10 ten thousand and up to 40.61/10 in 2014 and 2014.Five Hohhot brucellosis incidence compared with rates during the same period,Hohhot after standardized incidence of the disease are higher than the same period of the incidence of a disease.Hohhot of brucellosis epidemic has obvious seasonal and periodic characteristics of the tip in the high risk areas of the region for 5 to 7 months,for spring and summer season,the second quarter which was the highest in four quarters were reported quarterly.Hohhot nine county had jurisdiction over cases are reported each year,including four urban new,Huimin district,Yuquan district respectively and Saihan district,and five county respectively Tuzuo district,Tuoketuo county,and Heling county,Qingshuihe and Wuchuan County.From 2010 to 2014 reported cases in 6730 cases,including men five years accumulated cases 4789 cases,constitute 71.16%of total cases,women five years accumulated cases of 1941 cases,constitute 28.84%of total cases;Five years accumulated cases,the pathogenesis of male and female sex ratio is 2.47:1,through the statistical analysis of whether there are any differences in the incidence of men and women,the difference was statistically significant,that Hohhot areas the incidence of male and female do have differences,and the incidence of male brucellosis was obviously higher than that of women.Most important age of onset age 55-<60 this age group,constitute 17.76%of total reported number of cases.Statistics of the ages of men and women,respectively,according to the high incidence of age groups are 55-<60 this category.Relatively small number of cases of age respectively 0-20 years old and above the 80-year-old age group,that is,middle-aged people is brucellosis of high-risk groups,and children,young people and old people are low brucellosis hair crowd.To 55-<60 cut-off for this age group,less than the people of this age group,were gradually increased with the growth of the age,is greater than the age group of people,as the growth of the age and were gradually reduced.High incidence of brucellosis in occupational crowd for farmers,five years accumulative total more than 6000 cases,89.15%of the total number of reported cases,represent the vast majority of all reported cases.Followed by the housework hunters(accounting for 2.48%of the total number of cases),medical staff(accounting for 1.26%of the total number of cases)and students(accounting for 1.26%of the total number of cases);The onset of other personnel number are relatively small,such as workers,teachers,food and beverage industry personnel,a total of 5.85%of the total were.Each year career of cases percentage is relatively stable.In this paper,at the same time focusing on the highest rates in 2010,a detailed analysis,and according to the statistical analysis in seasonal distribution of the year 2010,the results indicate the year in the second quarter of the number of reported cases for four quarters in most,accounts for the proportion is the largest.Can preliminary judgment of the high incidence of the disease for the spring season.Conclusions1.Hohhot although the overall incidence of the disease showed a trend of decline,but there is still a small rise in volatility;2.Through the study shows that Hohhot area of brucellosis epidemic has obvious seasonal and cyclical characteristics;3.Gender distribution showed that brucellosis epidemic has obvious gender differences in the crowd,and the incidence of male was obviously higher than that of female;Age distribution showed that brucellosis for high incidence in the middle-aged and elderly people,in children,in the young and the elderly is low;4.The professional distribution of the disease showed high incidence of brucellosis in occupational crowd for farmers,has obvious characteristics of professional distribution.
