| Chinese sea area are rich in marine biological resources. The natural products which have a novel structure is an important source of pharmaceutical lead compounds.Ostrea gigas thunberg always growth in high pressure, high salinity, low temperature, insufficient light and lack of oxygen environments. In order to live better, they usually produce metabolize compounds with unique structures and significant bioactivities. In recent years,Ostrea gigas thunberg have been attracting wide attention of scientists. In this thesis,we study on chemical composition of oysters.Establishment a processes to separation of oysters,by silica gel and ODS column chromatography.Obtained 2.1 g extract from 2000 g oyster plain water.Obtained 3.0 g extract from 2000 g oyster alcohol extract.Compounds were guided by DAD-HPLC and 1H-NMR,obtained by normal phase silica gel, reverse phase ODS and high performance liquid chromatography designed to provide the foundation for new drug research and development. This topic analyze basic elements of oysters.Measured for protein content by spectrophotometrically,DNS method to measure the total sugar content, measured for moisture content by direct drying and measured amino acid by using automatic analyzer for amino acids.Aimed at provide a theoretical reference for oysters examination.By using modern chromatographic method and spectroscopy technology, thirteen compounds were isolated from oysters.Respectively,4-hydroxybenzoic acid,4-amino-benzoic acid methyl ester, methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate,2,4-dihydroxy-3-methyl-6-ethylbenzaldehyde,2,4-dimethoxy-6-methyl-phenol,N-acetyl-phenylethylamineN,adenosine,uridine,thymidine,2’-deoxyuridine,2-Furancarboxylic acid,ring(light-Jie)dipeptide and the ring(phenylalanine-valine).Thirteen compounds mainly include cyclic dipeptides, nucleic acids, benzene compounds.Measured the moisture content of oyster was 6.42 ± 0.02%,the total sugar content was 51.26 ± 0.03%,crude protein content of was 39.72 ± 0.05%.Aspartic acid(Asp),glutamic acid(Glu),lysine(Lys),and arginine(Arg)are the amino acid-based of oysters. |
