Objective Fracture healing which is a complex and continuous process was usually divided into three stages according to the changes of histology and cytology.The three stage can not be separated,but interrelated and evoluted gradually.After fracture,on the one hand,the periosteal and endosteal near the broken end began to hyperplasia and hypertrophy,fowling with vascular invasion,in the manner of intramembranous ossification into bone;on the other hand,between fracture end and under the periosteum,the cartilage formed by the fibrous vascular granulation tissueis was initiated with endochondral ossification patterns into bone.Cartilage cell was to proliferate,hypertrophy,denature and ossifies.To observe the effects of bone tissue morphology and intensity on the fracture to heal in early by Shufengqingre mixtures.Methods 36 mail New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:model group,saline group,Shufengqingre mixture group.The rabbits in Shufengqingre mixture groupn were given medicines by intragastric administration with 10ml/kg/d.Rabbits were weighed once every five days.Adjuste dose experiments according to body weight.Once a day for consecutive 10 days.The rabbits in saline group were given the same dose of saline.Control group received no treatment.X-ray examinations were performed at 2w,4w and 6w after operation.6 rabbits were randomly sacrificed at 4w and 6w after operation,and the bone tissue was observed by HE staining,and the soft tissues were removed,and the periosteum was retained to biomechanical measurement.All rabbits were sacrificed at 6w after operation.Observed three groups of rabbits on bone tissue morphology and intensity by X-ray examination,bone tissue morphology analysis and biomechanical.Results X-ray examination scores was higher than than the saline group and control group(P<0.05).The osteoblasts count in bone callus tissue were more than the saline group and control group.The bending load in bone biomechanics was more strong in Shufengqingre mixturer than other two group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shufengqingre mixture could promote the fracture to heal in early.
