Objective: To probe into pilose' s influence on the express of BMP-2 in bone healing of experimental fracture in male SD rats. Methods: The experiment was random divided into five groups, contrast group (A), model group (B), SHANG KE JIE GU PIAN group (C), less dose pilose group (D), much dose pilose group (E). We established the model by artificial making the right tibia fracture in rats been anaesthetized except group (A), and kill 5 rats of every group in turn afterl, 2, 3 week, rats of group (A) are killed in third week. We make wax lump of bone and ossification, to express BMP-2 by technology of immunohistochemical, to analysis it by computer and observe the thick of ossification under HE microscope. Results: The content of BMP-2 are same in the process of bone healing, and yet there are more BMP-2 and thicker ossification in groups of C, D, E than in contrast group (P<0. 01). Thehighest level of BMP-2 of much dose pilose group occurs in second week, and in third week in contrast group. Conclusion: much dose pilose can enhance the express of BMP-2, and increase the thick of ossification in experimental rats , it would be a kind of mechanism that pilose can improve the bone healing. |
