Objectives The Chinese medicine "fear of renal injury" and "kidney advocate Bone"theory and modern medicine,such as post-traumatic stress disorder and other modern medical theory,the combination of compound stress method is used to successfully make "fear of renal injury animal model,Use BMD(Bone mineral density,BMD),micro-computed tomography(micro computed tomography,Micro-CT)and other testing methods to study changes in the mouse bone metrology,the influence in the field of osteoporosis.Methods Take 48 healthy female C57BL/6 mice,mice according to the principle of random divided into 24 experimental groups A and group B in the control group 24.A set of experiments,mice given the classic SPS stress and shock stress composite stress mode,group B control mice not given stress,After two groups of mice from captive reflection score,open-field experiments,elevated plus maze experiments and freezes up behavior detection.Then put to death all the animals.Each group of mice on the right tibia specimens were BMD detection,Micro-CT,etc.using Statistical Product and Service Solutions(Statistical Product and Service Solutions,SPSS)17.0 Statistical methods to analyze.Results Experimental mice after SPS stress and foot shock stress of composite stress,the weight is lighter than the control mice(P<0.05),and weight gain trend compared to the control group of mice was slowly(P<0.05),A set of experimental mice in refuse captive reflex experiment score higher than the control group of mice(P<0.05),number of experimental mice upright in open-field test also lower than the control group mice(P<0.05),In the elevated plus-maze test,the experimental group of mice into the open arms of frequency and percentage,and into the open arms,as a percentage of the time,and total into the open and closed the sum of the number of arms are less than the control group of mice(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.After these classic experiment validation,we successfully making the"fear of kidney damage of animal models..Made after the success of the model,the experimental mice on the right side of the tibia cortex bone and trabecular bone mineral density is less than the control group of mice(P<0.05),can be seen in the 3 d images in experimental mice on the right side of the lateral tibia bone cortex structure is complete,the bone cortex is relatively small,uneven density,soft surface is not smooth,the trabecular bone sparse,dense uneven,disordered arrangement.Whereas the control mice bone cortex continuous good complete,uniform density,bone cortex coarser,cartilage surface smooth,thicker,uniform density,bone trabecular neat rows,and the experimental group there were significant differences in mice.Experimental mice tibia bone volume fraction,trabecular thickness,trabecular number was less than control mice(P<0.05),structure model index and trabecular separation is greater than the experimental group of mice(P<0.05),the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Using SPS stress and shock stress composite stress mode,successfully produced an animal model of emotional stimuli.For the first time by using the method of theory of traditional Chinese medicine combined with modern biology proved that modern stimulus to post-traumatic stress disorder have certain connection with the body’s bone metabolism,can lead to the formation of osteoporosis.Has been clear about the fear of injury kidney" and "renal bone","fear" would" damage the bone."...
