Clinical Study Of Huangqiyuyang-Yin On Treating Peptic Ulcer Of Deficiency Cold Of Spleen And Stomach

Objective To observe clinical effect of Huangqiyuyang-Yin for treating peptic ulcer(PU)as the Chinese medicine theory is deficiency cold of spleen and stomach,and add a new way and thought for the treatment of peptic ulcer in China.Methods 60 patients diagnosed with peptic ulcer as the Chinese medicin e theory is deficiency cold of spleen and stomach and chosen by adoption sta ndards were randomly divided into two groups(treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases).The treatment group was treated with HuangqiyuyangYin while the control group was treated with Jianweiyuyang Tablets.The cours e of treatment was eight weeks for both groups.And the main symptoms and signs,gastroscope curative effects before and after treatment were detected.Results After treatment,compared with before treatment both groups were statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The curative effect of treatment group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the level of gastroscope curative effects before and after treatment.Compared with before treatment,syndrome improved significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was better than control group and the difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate of treatment group was better than control group and the difference was statistically significant.The total efficient of the treatment group is 93.33%,while the control group is 76.7%.Analyzed by Ridit,u=4.13,P<0.05.The total treatment effect of treatment group and is superior the control group(P<0.05).This indicating the treatment of Huangqiyuyang-Yin is superior the treatment of Jianweiyuyang Tablets.Safetyevaluation:During the treatment,the patients of control group did not appear any adverse reactions,a patient of treatment group appeared gastric and diarrhea after taking the drug.We suggested him to reduce the dose of decotion and drink slowly.He recovered normally soon.Conclusion The Huangqiyuyang-Yin can play a good effect on peptic ulcer.It can not only improve the clinical symptoms and signs,but also reduce the ulcer,eliminate inflammation,recover gastric regeneration,improve the life quality of patients.The total effective rate was 93.3%.It is effective,reliable,safety,and has no obvious side effects.
