《Dan Xi Xin Fa》for The Understanding Of Gouty And Shang Zhong Xia General Gout Formula Research

Objective:This topic is "Dan Xi Xin Fa" as the research object,through collecting and consulting related literature summary by creek understanding of gouty nephropathy and observe 3 general gout treatment curative effect observation of hot and damp stasis type winding gouty nephropathy.Method:Literature research adopts "chapter distinguishes the academic origin,mirror" literature method,the review of the literature of related research.68 cases of gouty nephropathy patients with serum uric acid between the 420～650 μmoL/L and serum creatinine(SCR)within 340 μmoL/L were selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups(each group 34 cases)arranged by registration order.Treatment group were cured with Shang Zhong Xia gout prescription on the basis of western medicine treatment(allopurinol)and control group were treated with allopurinol.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.The clinical symptoms,serum uric acid(BUA),serum creatinine(SCR),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),24 hours urine protein quantitation(UTP)and urinary micro protein(β2-MG)of the patients were observed before and after treatment.The result was processed by SPSS 17.0 software.Result:1.This study found that described by creek limbs,joint pain,all belong to the category of gouty.Because disease:wind,dampness,heat,phlegm,blood stasis;Pathogenesis of wind,dampness,heat,phlegm,blood stasis depression in joints meridians,meridians blood runs sluggish;Treatment for:dry wet phlegm,and spleen,invigorate the circulation of treatment.2.The gout formula characteristics for the wind to two or morethi-ngs,wind,dampness,heat,phlegm and blood stasis a wide range of treatment.3.The total effective rate was 88.24%in 34 cases of treatment group;the total effective rate was 67.65%in 34 cases of control group;Upon examination(P<0.05),there were significant differences in clinical efficacy between the two groups.4.In the experimental index,serum uric acid(BUA),serum creatinine(SCR),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),24 hours urine protein quantitation(UTP)and urinary micro protein(β2-MG)of the patients in the two groups were compared before treatment(P>0.05),there were no significant differences.Serum uric acid(BUA).Serum creatinine(SCR)and blood urea nitrogen of the patients in the two groups were compared after treatment(P<0.05),there were significant differences.Compared before and after each treatment group had significant difference(P<0.01),the treatment group and control group after treatment of 24 hours urinary protein quantitative(UTP),urine beta 2 microglobulin(beta 2-MG),compared with significant difference(P<0.05).5.Treatment group and control group were compared in terms of age,sex,course of disease(P>0.05),there were no significant differences.6.After the patients were cured by TCM syndrome scoring.Compared with control group,TCM syndrome integral ratio of treatment group declined markedly.For the two groups,there were significant differences after treatment.Conclusion:1.This study found that described by creek limbs,joint pain,all belong to the category of gout.Because disease:wind,dampness,heat,phlegm,blood stasis;Pathogenesis of wind,dampness,heat,phlegm,blood stasis depression in joints and meridians,and cause stagnant movement of Qi and blood;Treatment for:dispel wind and dry dampness,eliminating phlegm by cooling,smooth circulation,activating blood to remove stasis.2.The gout formula characteristics for the wind to two or morethings,phlegm and blood stasis treatment of a wide range of a prescription.3.The clinical efficacy of the Shang Zhong Xia general gout prescription in the treatment of damp heat and blood stasis type of gout nephropathy is significant.And no adverse reactions occur.What is more,It can both reduce blood uric acid and improve renal function.
