Medical services are one of the most important public services in every city, and hospitals are an important carrier for providing medical services. The service performance of the diagnosis and treatment process is closely related to the overall medical services of the hospital. As one of the core processes of the hospital, the diagnosis and treatment process is based on outpatient visits, linking the division of labor activities of the relevant departments of the hospital together.Process optimization and reengineering is a powerful method and approach for hospitals to improve medical and management quality, improve operational efficiency, increase patient satisfaction, and provide better medical public services.Under the background of such a new era,the needs of the hospital to serve the vast number of patients have changed from "preserving a well-being" to "preserving a well-being" on the basis of "preserving a well-being".In order to meet the ever-increasing demands of patients, how to maximize resource efficiency and maximize patient experience while effectively controlling cost increases is an issue that cannot be ignored in the high-quality development of hospitals in the future. The traditional diagnosis and treatment business of Hospital G generally has problems such as long waiting time for medical treatment, long and complicated process links, and poor user experience. In order to continuously improve the core competitiveness of the hospital, the management and optimization of the hospital service process will be the key function to solve this problem. The core of hospital diagnosis and treatment business management is the medical experience obtained by patients, and the focus of hospital management should also be changed to be patient-centered: patient satisfaction and service are the first priority, followed by the completion of hospital tasks and processes. The final goal of process optimization and reconstruction is to be people-oriented,to improve the hospital’s business efficiency,to provide more convenience for patients’ medical treatment, and to provide services that satisfy patients in all aspects. This thesis applies literature analysis, case analysis,BPR process reengineering theoretical analysis and other research methods, and uses Internet technology as the main means to study the traditional offline large-scale top three hospitals in the process of optimizing the business process of diagnosis and treatment, from improving business efficiency and increasing user satisfaction. Two latitudes are analyzed, and relevant solutions are proposed. Finally, the effect of the project after the implementation is compared and evaluated.Taking G hospital as an example, this thesis starts from analyzing the traditional business process and providing corresponding solutions, and provides theoretical support for the optimization and reconstruction of the traditional business process of the hospital using the means of Internet informatization. The significance of this thesis is that through reasonable hospital process management and continuous optimization, and through fine management and control of each link in the process, the service quality and service efficiency of the hospital can be effectively improved, and the expected medical service effect can be achieved. At the same time,it reduces the total operating cost of the whole hospital, significantly increases the economic benefits of each department, and summarizes and supplements traditional hospitals to optimize and recreate the business process of Internet diagnosis and treatment, setting an good example to improve the management level of similar large traditional hospitals and establish a modern management system.
