| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of non-lining urinary vascular disease of lower extremities by Ilizarov Transverse Tibial Bone TransportingMethods: 44 patients with non-lining urinary disease of lower extremities, who were selected from February 2017 to October 2019,were randomly divided into two groups.20 patients(12 males and 8 females)were treated by llizarov Transverse Tibial Bone Transporting.24 patients(13 males and 11 females)were treated by conventional therapy.Blood circulation, wound healing time,VAS pain score 、ABI and skin temperature of the affected foot were observed and recorded before and after treatment.Recanalization and vascular network reconstruction were observed by CTA.Results: All patients were followed up for 2-18 months, with an average follow–up time of 3.5 months,In the experimental group, the wounds of lower limbs were healed successfully by 2-12(3.2 ± 2.7)weeks,the healing rate was 100%。The pain of affected feet was significantly relieved, and the pain of affected limbs was significantly relieved after operation. The VAS scores, the skin temperature, the ankle brachial index, the oxygen saturation of the thumb of between experimental group and control group had significant differences(P < 0.05).CTA showed recanalization of the occluded vessels, significant increase in the number of microvessels, and reconstruction of the vascular network in the feet. Conclusion: Ilizarov tibial transverse bone transfer can promote the regeneration of lower limb blood vessels, recanalization or reconstruction of the microvascular network, thus improving the blood circulation of patients and promoting the healing of refractory wounds, but the prevention and treatment of complications should be paid attention to. |
