| Objective : To study the clinical effect of vacuum assisted closure(VAC)in patients with chronic wounds after skin grafting.Method :96 patients with chronic wounds patients who were admitted to the hospital from March 2010 to March 2020 were selected,and patients were divided into the experimental group(44 cases)and the control group(52 cases)by the treatment.After debridement and skin grafting,the experimental group was treated with VAC while the control group was treated with conventional dressing change.The excellent and good rate of survival rate of skin grafts and complication rate of vascular necrosis,infection,skin ecchymosis and displacement were compared between the two groups.Result: The excellent and good rate of the Experimental group(97.73%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.61%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group(6.81%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(25%).Conclusion: Vacuum assisted closure can improve the therapeutic effect after skin grafting for chronic wounds,reduce wound infection,and improve the survival rate of skin grafts,which is of great clinical value for chronic wound patients undergoing skin grafting. |
