| Objective: 1.The study of VSD technology to promote the semen rectal gap abscess after the effect mechanism of wound surface healing.2.Observe the link between postoperative pain,wound healing time,quality of life dimensions and the rate of fistula and the application of VSD.3.To explore VSD technology to promote the siculoma rectal gap abscess after the clinical efficacy of wound surface healing;Methods: Using a random control method,30 patients with sterapy rectal interstitial abscess inflowing from January 2020 to December 2020 were divided into 15 cases in the observation group and the control group,and the observation group was treated with indentation drainage and VSD auxiliary therapy,while the control group was treated with indentation drainage and conventional drug exchange.After surgery by observing the clinical efficiency of two groups of patients,after surgery 2nd day,5th day,7th day,10th day pain score,7th day after surgery,14th day,21st day of the wound area comparison,postoperative fistula formation rate,postoperative urinary retention rate and healing time,doctor workload,quality of life and other conditions.The data from the study were analyzed statistically using SPSS20.0.Results: Comparing the observation group(73%)with the control group(60%)(P>0.05)in terms of overall clinical efficiency,there was no significant difference,while compared with the control group on the pain situation of the 2nd,5th,7th and 10th days after surgery,there was a significant difference between the two groups of patients(P<0.05);P is less than 0.05,there are significant differences between the two groups of patients,the quality of life score after surgery is higher than that of the control group,the quality of life of the observation group is higher than that of the control group,after three months of postoperative review,five patients in the observation group had fistula,fistula formation rate of 33%,and In 9 patients in the control group,fistula formation rate was as high as 60%,and the difference was not statistically significant for the two groups of data analysis,P=0.143;The occurrence rate was 27%,and the difference was statistically significant for the analysis of the data,which was P<0.05,and in terms of the number of drug changes and the time of each change of medication in the postoperative patients,the workload and working time of the observation group doctors were significantly less than that of the control group.In surface healing time,the healing time of the observation group was 25 days,the longest 31 days,an average of 29±2.12 days,and the control group healed for a minimum of 32 days,a maximum of 44 days,an average of 38±2.34 days,The P< 0.05,and the difference is statistically significant.Conclusions: VSD technology is applied to the incision and drainage of ischiorectal space abscess,which can better protect the anal function under the premise of ensuring the cure rate,and reduce the postoperative pain,reduce the wound area,and reduce the incidence of postoperative anal fistula.The improvement of quality of life,the avoidance of urinary retention,and the shortening of healing time were significantly better than those of the control group.In short,the application of negative pressure sealing drainage(VSD)after incision and drainage of ischiorectal space abscess has the following advantages:(1)It can maximize its advantages in protecting anal function.The addition of VSD can maximize the protection of the wound.Wound wounds are small and heal quickly,which significantly shortens the hospitalization time;(2)VSD’s continuous negative pressure drainage effect can promptly suck and drain the necrotic tissue in the abscess cavity,prevent deep effusion and empyema on the wound surface,condense the wound space,and promote capillaries The formation of VSD can increase the regeneration rate of cells and the growth and repair of wound tissues,thereby speeding up the wound healing;(3)Because the VSD completely seals the wound,the wound is moisturized for a long time,which protects the nerve endings on the skin surface of the wound,improves the surrounding microcirculation,and avoids irritation.Obviously alleviate the suffering of patients.In the treatment of ischiorectal abscess,the postoperative application of VSD technology is worthy of clinical promotion. |
