| Objective:To investigate the predictive value of platelet/hemoglobin ratio and fasting blood glucose in the formation of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in patients with multiple trauma complicated with craniocerebral trauma. Methods:According to include and exclude criteria to choose between January 2019 and December 2020,the first clinical hospital emergency medical center, shanxi medical university were the merger of the craniocerebral trauma,113 cases of patients with multiple trauma, according to the presence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis will the 113 patients were divided into observation group(lower limb deep vein thrombus group)and control group(no lower extremity deep vein thrombosis),the observation group of 14 people, male 11 people,3 female, age 32-75,an average of(52.43 + 11.45)years of age,and the control group,99 people, male 84,female 15 people, aged 23 to 77 years old,The mean age was(49.27±13.10)years.Platelets,hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose, coagulation indexes and fibrinolysis indexes were collected 4,6 and 8 days after injury.Blood coagulation indexes including: thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial prothrombin time(APTT),prothrombin time international standardization ratio(INR),antithrombin Ⅲ activity.Fibrinolytic indexes include Ddimer and fibrin(proto-fibrin)degradation products(FDP).SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for data analysis to compare the changes of the ratio of platelet to hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose indexes between the observation group and the control group over time and whether the changes had predictive value on the formation of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis.Results:(1)After statistical analysis, there was no significant difference between the general data of the observation group and the control group, and the observation data of the two groups were comparable.(2)Platelet count, hemoglobin indicators: Through repeated measures design analysis of variance, this study result shows that patients with platelet count, hemoglobin changes over time, but the observation group and control group patients did not see clearly different, platelet count, hemoglobin and platelet count in the observation group and control group patients cannot be considered, hemoglobin, the trend of the change over time,The results showed that there was no significant relationship between platelet count and hemoglobin and deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in patients with multiple traumatic brain injury.(3)Platelet count/hemoglobin ratio: this study through repeated measures design analysis of variance, the results show that the observation group and control group patients with platelet count/hemoglobin ratio, the ratio changes over time, and two groups of patients with the ratio of the trend of the change over time, although the two groups are on the rise, but the rising speed of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, showed the platelet count/hemoglobin ratio to merge the craniocerebral trauma patients with multiple trauma of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis formation.(4)Fasting glucose: in this study through repeated measures design analysis of variance, the results showed patients with fasting glucose change over time, but the observation group and control group patients did not see clearly different, fasting glucose and fasting glucose in observation group and control group patients cannot be considered changing with time is different, fasting blood sugar and combined craniocerebral trauma of multiple trauma patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis has no obvious relation.(5)Fibrinolytic indexes: in this study through repeated measures design analysis of variance, the results show that the observation group and control group patients with D-dimer is different, the index changes over time, and two groups of patients with D-dimer the trend of the change over time, observation group is on the rise,a downward trend, while the control group showed the D-dimer to merge craniocerebral trauma patients with multiple trauma have predictive value lower extremity deep vein thrombosis. This study through repeated measures design analysis of variance, the results show two groups of patients with the trend of fibrinogen degradation products change over time, that fibrinogen degradation products to multiple trauma combined craniocerebral trauma patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis have predictive value, and fibrinogen degradation products in patients with observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, while time effect results showed patients fibrinogen degradation products have no obvious change over time, fibrinogen degradation products may be in the control group patients over time and reduce the size of the over time and increase the size of the approximation to the observation group, reduces the time effect of statistical results.(6)Coagulation indicators:Through repeated measures design analysis of variance, this study result shows that patients with PT and INR,APTT,antithrombin activity Ⅲtime effect was statistically significant, treatment effect and interaction effect had no statistical significance, shows that combined craniocerebral trauma patients with multiple trauma,INR,APTT and PT antithrombin Ⅲ activity over time have change, but the observation group and control group patients,INR,APTT and PT antithrombin Ⅲactivity has no obvious different, cannot think in the two groups of patients,INR,APTT and PT antithrombin Ⅲ activity of the trend of the change over time,PT and INR,APTT,antithrombin Ⅲ activity and combined craniocerebral trauma of multiple trauma patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis has no obvious relation.Time effect of TT,treatment effect and interaction effect is no statistical significance, shows that combined craniocerebral trauma patients with multiple trauma TT both had no significant change with time, also in lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and no lower extremity deep vein thrombosis groups have no obvious different,at the same time two groups of patients cannot be considered in the TT the trend of the change over time,TT and combined craniocerebral trauma of multiple trauma patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis has no obvious relation. Conclusion:Platelet count/hemoglobin ratio and D-dimer,fibrinogen degradation products and other fibrinolytic indexes of merger craniocerebral trauma patients with multiple trauma of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis formation have predictive value, and fasting glucose,PT and INR,APTT,TT,antithrombin activity Ⅲ coagulation indexes such as with combined craniocerebral trauma patients with multiple trauma of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis formation has no obvious relation. |
