| Spinal cord injury is a disease of the spinal cord structure and spinal cord function caused by external objective factors or its own physiological reasons.It is often irreversible.After active rehabilitation,patients are still likely to be paralyzed for life.Companion.Patients with spinal cord injuries without systematic learning and long-term training often have low self-care ability and poor physical condition,and need to depend on their families for long-term care.They also have high expenses for special daily necessities,purchase of assistive devices,and medical examinations in hospitals.It also brings a heavy burden on society and the society.Patients are also prone to “dragging”psychology,low self-efficacy,and patients with multiple psychological,physical,and economic pressures are struggling to survive.This article is based on the author ’s personal experience of participating in the first phase of “Reconstructing Life and Building the Future” in Fujian Province Life Reconstruction Training Camp for people with spinal cord injury.Information,research and analysis of patients’ living conditions,social interaction status,real needs,etc.,found that the strength of their social support network weakened,lack of professionalism,single content,there are rehabilitation and nursing knowledge,wheelchair skills,psychological support,financial support,Social adaptation and social interaction needs,and the existing social support has deep-seated problems such as inadequate implementation of policies and regulations,lack of human resources for social organizations,single form of community support,and limited family commitment.Multiple pressures.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the reasons,specific countermeasures and suggestions were proposed for increasing the support of the four main bodies of the government,social organizations,communities and families,and improving the social support system for the injured. |
