Objective 1.To understand the status quo of ruminant meditation and quality of life in patients with spinal cord injury.2.Analyze the influencing factors of ruminant meditation in patients with spinal cord injury.3.Explore the correlation between ruminant meditation and quality of life in patients with spinal cord injury. In order to improve the quality of life of patients with spinal cord injury and promote the physical and mental health of patients with spinal cord injury to provide new ideas and theoretical basis. Methods Using random sampling method,224 patients with spinal cord injury that met the inclusion criteria were selected from three third class A hospitals in Changsha,Hunan Province from February 2019 to November 2019.The general data questionnaire, the simplified Chinese version of Event Related Rumination Inventory(C-ERRI)and QOL-BREF were used to investigate the patients. After collecting the data, the invalid questionnaire was eliminated, and the data was coded uniformly. The data was entered into excel table to establish a database. After checking by two people,SPSS 20.0 software was used to make statistics and analysis of the data.Descriptive statistical analysis: Count data is described by frequency and percentage, measurement data is described by ?± ; test and oneway analysis of variance are used to compare the differences in rumination meditation scores between different general data of patients with spinal cord injury;multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of ruminating meditation level in patients with spinal cord injury;to investigate the relationship between rumination meditation and quality of life in patients with spinal cord injury,Spearman correlation analysis was used. Results 1.The total score of ruminant meditation in patients with spinal cord injury was(29.99±9.71),among which the score of invasive ruminant meditation was(14.04 ± 5.65),and the score of objective ruminant meditation was(15.91±6.02).2.The total score of quality of life of patients with spinal cord injury was(80.67 ± 11.14),among which the scores of physiological field, psychological field, social relationship field and environmental field were(20.68 ± 3.48),(19.70 ± 3.43),(10.00 ± 2.04),(25.36 ± 5.29),subjective feeling score of quality of life was(2.57±0.78),and subjective feeling score of health state was(2.37±0.73)Points.3.Analysis of influencing factors: Single factor analysis of ruminant meditation showed that age, education, religious belief, monthly income, payment method, marital status and disease understanding had significant influence on ruminant meditation in patients with spinal cord injury(P < 0.05);Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis of ruminant meditation showed that education level(X2),religious belief(X3),payment method(X5),marital status(X6)and disease understanding level(X7)entered the stepwise regression equation,F= 20.558,< 0.001,indicating that the fitted equation was statistically significant, and the order of influence on ruminant meditation was disease understanding level, cost Payment method, religious belief, education level and marital status.4.Spearman correlation analysis showed that ruminant meditation score was positively correlated with quality of life score, the difference was statistically significant(< 0.01).Conclusions 1.Patients with spinal cord injury had moderate levels of ruminant rumination.2.The quality of life of patients with spinal cord injury was in the lower middle level.3.Ruminant meditation is positively correlated with quality of life in patients with spinal cord injury.4.The main influencing factors of ruminant meditation in patients with spinal cord injury are educational level, religious belief, ways of payment, marital status and disease understanding.
