Objective:Based on the Taylor Principle and the National Professional Standards for Elderly Care Assistants(2019 Edition)issued by the Ministry of Civil Affairs,this study builds a training course for elderly care Assistants that combines the concept of people-centered care,in order to explore more standardized and humanistic care concept training for elderly care Assistants.Methods:First through the literature analysis,review and summarize the basic connotation of concept of person-centered care at home and abroad and its application in practice as well as the domestic pension nurse training requirements,issued by the Ministry of Civil Affairs to the pension orderly national occupational standards(2019 edition)"as the core content,based on the Taylor principle,preliminary build fusion concept of person-centered care pension nurse training courses;Then,by means of Delphi method,two rounds of consultation were conducted among 15 experts in the field of elderly care to establish a training course for elderly care caregivers based on the concept of person-centered care.Results:The positive coefficients of the first and second rounds of expert consultation were100.00% and 100.00%,respectively.The authority degree was 0.890 and 0.867 respectively.The degree of expert coordination was 0.123 and 0.048 respectively(P < 0.01).The final formed training course for primary nursing assistants based on the concept of Person-centered Care,the training objectives include 4 objectives in the field of literacy,knowledge and skills,a total of 16 specific training specifications,including 6 objectives of literacy,5 knowledge and 5 skills;The content includes 5 modules and 21 items of course content.The organization of course content includes 56 items of specific knowledge and operational skills.The teaching methods such as teaching method,teaching method,scenario simulation and video playback are used,totaling 130 class hours.The evaluation includes formative evaluation and summative evaluation,using observation method,questionnaire method,interview method,assessment method,etc.Among the objectives,there is a single item that "students can internalize the concept of Person-centered Care into professional activities".The content,organization and evaluation of the course will be based on the connotation and practical application strategies of the concept of Person-centered Care summarized from the literature.Conclusion:On the basis of systematic literature analysis and summary,this study takes "National Professional Standards for Elderly Care Orders(2019 Edition)" as the content core,and takes the four elements of Taylor’s principle of goal,content,organization and evaluation as the framework to construct a training course for elderly care Orders that combines the concept of Person-centered Care.The concept of "Person-centered Care" is integrated into the training course for elderly nursing staff,and the connotation of "Person-centered Care" Personality,Knowing the Person,Support for Relationships,Autonomy,and Comfort Care are reflected in the training course.The training course for elderly nursing staff is improved to provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of elderly care services.
