| Objective:To explore the correlation between patients with type Ⅰ endometrial cancer and the components of metabolic syndrome and homocysteine. Methods:Through retrospective analysis,92 patients with type Ⅰ EC diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were collected as the EC group.According to the principle of random matching, the control group selected 92 women who underwent physical examination in the physical examination center of our hospital during the same period.Routine examinations of body mass index(BMI),blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipids, insulin and Hcy were performed in both groups, and analyze the correlation between BMI,blood glucose, blood lipid,Hcy and EC.Results:Compared with the control group, the prevalence of overweight and obesity, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and hyperhomocysteinemia in the EC group was significantly increased.Compared with the control group, the fasting blood glucose of the EC group was higher than that of the control group [(11.57±0.78)mmol/L VS(9.51±0.63)mmol/L,t=2.041,P=0.044],andthe fasting insulin [(5.16±0.33)u IU/ml VS(6.78±0.18)u IU/ml,t=4.342,P<0.01] was significantly lower than the control group.EC group total cholesterol [(5.03±0.23)mmol/L VS(3.73±0.32)mmol/L,t=4.12,P <0.01],triglycerides [(1.96±0.11)mmol/L VS(1.62±0.09)mmol/L,t=2.392,P=0.03],low-density lipoprotein [(3.76±0.16)mmol/L VS(2.72±0.12)mmol/L,t=0.459,P<0.01] are all higher than the control group, andthe high-density lipoprotein was lower than the control group [(1.30±0.14)mmol/L VS(2.13±0.15)mmol/L,t=0.35,P<0.05].In addition, the blood Hcy[(16.16±0.70)umol/L VS(8.87±0.54)umol/L,t=8.28,P<0.01] of the EC group was also higher than that of the control group.Multivariate logistic regression analysis of the above indicators showed that BMI,hyperinsulinemia, total cholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein and homocysteine were positively correlated with the occurrence of endometrial cancer, while high-density lipoprotein It is negatively correlated with the occurrence of endometrial cancer. Conclusion:The incidence of type Ⅰ endometrial cancer is very likely to be closely related to the high-risk factors of MS and HHCY.By improving the diet structure and reasonably increasing physical exercise,we can actively prevent and treat the high-risk factors of endometrial cancer and reduce the risk of endometrial cancer. |
