Research Purpose:(1)To design an interactive micro-lessons for occupational protection in operating room;Expect to achieve the better learning effect by the design of interaction times, interaction types and feedback forms and promote its application to other disciplines.(2)To explore the effect of interactive micro-lessons,a new teaching method,on occupational protection training for nursing students in operating room.Research Methods:(1)Literature review methods and Delphi expert consultation methods were used to make the interactive micro-lessons for occupational protection in operating room.(2)Class experiment was adopted.Strictly referring to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,40 nursing students who entered the operating room from October 2019 to December2019 in the tertiary first-class hospital in Huzhou City were selected as the control group, using the traditional teaching method to conduct occupational protection teaching.40 nursing students who entered the operating room from October 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the experimental group, using the interactive micro-lessons to conduct occupational protection teaching.Theoretical scores, operational scores, correct implementation rate of protective behavior, teaching satisfaction and incidence of occupational exposure were measured and compared between the two groups.Collect and analyze the data in time, and use EXCEL 2007 and SPSS23.0 software for data entry, statistics and analysis.Research Results:(1)In this study,a total of 80 nursing students who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were collected, including 40 nursing students in the control group and 40 in the experimental group. There was no significant difference in the general information, theoretical and operational scores of occupational protection before teaching between the two groups(P>0.05).The baseline level of nursing students in the two groups is consistent and comparable.(2)Theoretical scores in the experimental group(85.58±2.60)were significantly higher than those in the control group(82.05±2.39)(P<0.001).(3)Sharp instrument transfer operational scores in the experimental group(4.63±0.63)were significantly higher than those in the control group(3.88±0.97)(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in sharp instrument handling operational scores between the two groups(P>0.05).(4)The correct implementation rates of hand hygiene, wearing gloves and muscle skeleton protection in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the correct implementation rate of radiation protection between the two groups(P>0.05).(5)Teaching satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(6)There was no significant difference in the incidence of blood-borne occupational exposure, occupational muscle skeletal injury or radiation exposure between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of blood-borne occupational exposure or radiation exposure between the two groups(P>0.05).The degree of occupational muscle skeletal injury in the experimental group was significantly milder than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research Conclusion:(1)The interactive micro-lessons for occupational protection in operating room is feasible in occupational protection teaching for nursing students.(2)Interactive micro-lessons can effectively improve the nursing students’ cognitive level and operational skills of occupational protection in operating room and improve learning efficiency.(3)Interactive micro-lessons can effectively improve the correct implementation rate of occupational protection for nursing students in operating room, and consciously promote the formation of protective behavior.(4)Interactive micro-lessons can effectively improve teaching satisfaction and teaching quality.
