| Objectives:To compare the clinical effects and complications of ultrasound-guided microwave ablation(WMA)and parathyroidectomy(Parathyroidectomy,SR)in the treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism(SHPT)after renal transplantation,It hopes to find the best treatment plan for SHPT patients after kidney transplantation. Methods:We selected 44 patients with SHPT after renal transplantation who were treated in our hospital from January 1,2015 to June 30,2020,and were divided into WMA group and SR group according to different treatment methods. The operation time, hospitalization days, bleeding volume, complications(hoarse voice, headache, nausea, hematoma, numbness),total parathyroid hormone(iPTH),creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P),glomerular filtration rate(GFR).Results:The WMA group was less than the SR group in terms of operation time, total hospitalization time, blood loss, etc. The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the two groups was similar, and there was no statistical difference between the two groups.Significance(P>0.05);the comparison of the levels of creatinine, urea nitrogen, and glomerular filtration rate between the two groups before and after the operation at different time periods was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The levels of iPTH,Ca and P at each time point after operation in the two groups were lower than those before operation(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:MWA and SR have similar clinical effects in the short-term observation of SHPT after renal transplantation. And compared with SR,MWA has the advantages of shorter operation time, shorter hospital stay, less bleeding, less complications, and no neck scars. It can be considered as one of the first choices for the treatment of SHPT after kidney transplantation. |
