| Objective:To analyze the relationship between the matching of pelvic incidence angle and lumbar lordosis angle and surgical outcome in patients with degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis at different ages.Methods:117 patients with L4 single segment degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria from September 2016 to December 2019 in Department of orthopedics,North Sichuan Medical College were retrospectively analyzed.According to the age of patients, they were divided into group A and group B.group A was young group(age<60 years old),group B was old group(age>60 years old);According to the relationship between lumbar lordosis(LL)and pelvic incidence(PI),the patients were divided into two subgroups.Group A1:age<60 years old,PI-LL<10°;Group A2:age<60 years old,PI-LL≥ 10°;In group B1:age≥ 60 years old and the PI-LL<10°;In group B2:age≥60 years old and PI-LL≥10°.Objective to compare the relationship between the difference of PI-LL in different age groups and postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS),Oswestry disability index(ODI)and the loss of intervertebral height(HOD)at the last follow-up,and to analyze the influence of age on the difference of PI-LL and the quality of life. Results:There was no significant difference in ODI score and VAS score at 1 month follow-up in young group, but at the last follow-up,group A2 had higher VAS score,ODI score and(hod)loss than group Al,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in VAS score,ODI score and hod loss in the elderly group 1 month after operation and at the last follow-up(P>0.05).Conclusion:PI-LL<10°It can be used as a reference standard for sagittal balance correction in young patients with DLS,but it may need a more relaxed reference standard for the elderly. |
