| Objective:In order to solve the problem of pain during the occurrence and treatment of fever and burning in children, the efficacy of conventional drug analgesia and drug analgesia plus adjuvant analgesia was systematically evaluated through Meta analysis, and the difference of pain scores between the two was compared. To evaluate the effectiveness of adjuvant analgesia in dressing change of burn children. Methods:Formulate search terms and search strategies, the important databases at home and abroad were searched by computer:PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,CNKI Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,VIP Database and Wanfang Database. The literature was published from the establishment of the database to December 2020.Outcome measure was pain level. The retrieved literatures were screened independently by two researchers in accordance with the criteria for inclusion and exclusion. If there was any disagreement, the literatures would be consulted by a third party..The data were analyzed using RevMan 5.3 statistical software for meta-analysis.Results:Finally,a total of 5 articles were included, including a total of 272 patients, including 138 burn children treated with analgesic drugs alone and 134 burn children treated with analgesic drugs combined with non-drug therapy.Meta-analysis results showed that the pain degree of the drug combined with adjuvant analgesia group was significantly reduced compared with the drug alone groupConclusions:Through literature search, screening and Meta analysis,we systematically compared the efficacy of the drug group and the drug combined with auxiliary analgesia group in the process of dressing change in burn children, and the study showed that the drug combined with auxiliary analgesia was a better clinical choice. |
